Water in the shower never got hot. Being right above the restaurants and bars it was very noisy on Saturday until 3 a.m.

Had a great stay, clean and spacious apartment with a splendid view. Great Location! It has a balcony with breathtaking views on Xlendi's bay, I could have spend hours on that balcony! Also the owner is very friendly and if you need anything he will go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable.

Tastefully decorated one-piece space, overlooking the most central part of the bay. Beautiful view from all windows and from the balcony, orientated so that there is some shade throughout the day. Comfortable and providing the opportunity to observe the local people and the tourists.

Nothing negative, only some suggestions. We travel a lot and tea bags and coffee pods are a norm these days (also pod coffee machines are not expensive). Toiletries are a norm these days as well, we had to buy full bottles for 3 days, knowing we will have toiletries in apartment price in Malta. No space for washing machine - no problem but maybe some plastic bowl for hand washing or at least working sink plug in a bathroom sink.

Lovely centrally located apartment with beautiful view. Easy communication with very nice host. Apartment is spotless clean and I think has all utilities to cook basic dinner but we don’t cook on holidays, so I haven’t check it. No microwave or coffee maker though (only stovetop coffee maker). We loved our stay and view from balcony and bedroom but this apartment is not for everyone. Apartment is on a top floor, there are many steps to take every day. Beautiful spiral staircase is a bit dangerous at night, you have to turn on lights, if you wish to go to the bathroom. We would definitely come back.

The apartment was absolutely perfect, with abundant natural sunlight, making the space feel bright and welcoming. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities and was impeccably clean. The kitchen was fully stocked, perfect for cooking meals at home. The view was stunning, offering a beautiful backdrop throughout our stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This apartment truly exceeded all my expectations, definitely will be back again.

Nothing. Everything was splended

I had a wonderful weekend at this property. The host was extremely accommodating and easily reachable, even staying up late to ensure we arrived safely and without any issues. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances, making it feel very homely. Unlike many other places where we had to pay extra for air conditioning, the generous host provided enough funds for the AC to last throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable and did not cause any discomfort, even with my back problems. The outdoor space was a delightful bonus, providing a lovely spot to relax and unwind. Iwill definitely be visiting again.

Location was perfect, beautiful view, fully equipped kitchen. Newly decorated, One of the best places iv stayed! .. Floor to ceiling windows spanned the entire front of the apartment 💛 Restaurants right outside your door. I'll 1000% be back!

Being woken up at 7am by the adjoining building site. (This will likely be finished soon). A warning about the street band on a Sunday night could be good. I'd gone to bed early, I would have likely joined in if I'd have known.

The apartment was amazing and perfectly well equipped. The view is out of this world. Contact was fast and very accommodating.

The 97 stairs (and narrow with luggage) to the penthouse. No lift… very hard in the heat. First impressions of staircase needs to be improved, it’s not nice and bit hazardous. Balcony could have done with some shade (awning if you can’t have a sun umbrella due to height of the building?) to enjoy more time out there.

Location in a lovely, relaxed and laid back town with plenty of restaurants, the view from the balcony. Balcony was very spacious! Bed was really comfortable. Owner’s communication was efficient and very helpful. Good aircon! Parking - FYI for other potential guests - the car park gets full however we found a stretch before the car park that was easy to park and always had spaces.
