I'm delighted to have been a guest at this charming and refined property. The room is stylishly furnished and equipped with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay, and boasts a breathtaking view of the entire city. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable; I slept wonderfully. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the room breathes perfectly, without any smells of deodorant or anything else, which makes it perfect for me. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, elegantly presented on the counter by the staff. The Zzzing team was always ready and kind, offering advice whenever I needed it. When I return to Malta, I will definitely stay with them again. For me, sleeping well on vacation is a successful trip. Thank you very much

Would be great to have product shelves in the shower. With also good timing, the owner was at the property when I arrived as I would not have had access as the owner uses a service to assist I managing the accomodation which definitely needs reviewing as they made the process leading to arrival and at arrival very difficult but the owner was gracious and helpful until I was settled she activated and ensured I was ok. Definitely a beautiful place and will definitely book longer next time

The room could use a refresher (wallpaper peeling off at the bottom) and the grout in the barhroom needs some seroius scraping/bleaching. And a shelf for the toilettes in the shower cabing would a great improvement.

Awesome location close to a bus stop and ferry service to Valletta. Just outside of the Birgu main gate yet a quiet area, no city noise at night. Great restaurants within a walking distance. The breakfasts were awesome, there were a lot of options for every taste and the kitchen staff was very polite and helpful.

The best stay we had in all of Malta. The location is perfect with an amazing view out of the balcony/window. Super clean and comfortable hotel. Easy to access location with bus stop 2 min away in the charming little town. They have an unmanned reception but very responsive on the phone when we needed help with lock codes etc.

Location and balcony view was amazing. Room itself was nice, clean and had everything you need. For those traveling from the EU, there are 2 plugs for USB-A to charge your devices, so no need to buy an adapter. You barely see working staff there, but everything gets done. Breakfast was decent, but sometimes it gets a bit crowded and you need to wait a little to find a free table. Overall, a great place to stay. Will definitely recommend.

No lights in when you self checked in. There was a big step that you couldn’t see and a rug. I have a fractured ankle at the moment and could have easily hurt myself.

My husband and I checked in at night at 23:00. The code for the front door did not work, but the staff was in touch and within 15 minutes they sent us the code. In the mornings the coffee machine was constantly not working (the staff adjusted it every morning), and the toaster did not work very well either.

A small cozy hotel with a good location. Friendly staff, everything is very clean and cozy. I was glad that breakfast was included. I was pleased to see a cooler with drinking water that was always available.

The window was difficult to reach to close. Very noizy if you leave it open because of airplanes passing by and people, traffic, construction around. sanitary duties in the shower need to be done because water splashes everywhere.

Good hotel management replies fast and fullfilled almost all my requests. Yolanda is a nice lady who owns the place. Nice breakfast buffet. And the interior is very nice and welcoming

The air conditioning that pointed directly on the head, the shower from which water came out, and breakfast could be improved.

The toilet broke on the day of check-in, had to flush... with an electric kettle!!! This is absolutely unacceptable, absolutely! And it negates all the advantages. I give it 5 points and only because the staff was friendly and communicated adequately, tried to help, and also the breakfast was good. We stayed for two nights, at first the toilet flushed very poorly (weak pressure, outdated mechanism, never seen anything like this anywhere), then it broke down completely and did not flush at all, the water just flowed non-stop. The staff fixed it (8 (!) hours after the request) but after a couple of flushes it broke again (at 11 pm); Super bright LED on the router on the ceiling - no darkness at night. You can walk around the room without turning on any other lighting. The staff needs to turn off the LED programmatically or tape it up; The air conditioner blows directly into the body and head of people in bed; False fire alarm at 8 am, which no one was in a hurry to turn off; There are cups and tea, coffee in the room but not a single spoon; The electric kettle in the room was not connected and there was not even a base - when the base was brought, the cable did not reach the socket, we had to put it on the floor ourselves and use it like that; There is not a single shelf in the shower; The description states that the main door code works from 10 am and you can leave your luggage, but in reality it only started working from 3 pm, as did check-in. Moreover, it is the same code, both for the room and for the main door, so it is unclear how it can work for the room from 3 pm and for the door from 10 am. There are many things in the room that are not thought out (read above).

The alarm went off at 7am for 20 minutes. Then it went off again twice during breakfast at 8:30 and later. The coffee machine was out of order and even the kettle in the room was missing a part to make a coffee in the room. There was no Netflix, which it suggests there is from the pictures. Most of the fruit in the breakfast was rotten.
