Room and room service good, tidy. Buffet breakfast has a good selection of food. Buffet dinner has a very wide selection of food. Location is great!

AustraliaIron and board should be included in rooms but can be requested from reception. Needs better and brighter lighting in the rooms and bathroom areas. A pull out extendable magnified mirror in the bathroom would be ideal. Detailed cleaning important and needed in some grouted areas and for shower fittings. Wallpaper/mirrors should be replaced where mould is an issue - wrong adhesive used (should be mould resistant) results in visible darkening and bubbling of materials and some odour. A note - everything is charged to the room payable upon checkout. Some ceiling fans need servicing - same slow rotation for all 3 speeds. Some were working better than others in different rooms.
We travelled with family and friends so had access to many rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner. Nightly entertainment. Friendly staff. Stunning views, large tiered infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Close to cafes, restaurants/bars, shopping area, Shibani Foreign Exchange all within 10 minutes walk. Facilities gym, spa and other activities a bonus. 2 large bottles of water provided daily and daily cleaning service. Tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, towels, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash, hairdryer provided and topped up daily if needed. Air conditioning fantastic. Bed was very comfortable and exhaust fan to remove moisture in bathroom fabulous. Beach/pool areas were clean, lovely and relaxing.

United KingdomPoor communication regarding opening room safe which was not recognising my code and collection of luggage. The first took over an hour and I was not informed of the time required until later when I enquired and was told 30-40 mins. Over 50 mins after making the request I had received no update and when I returned to the reception a staff member said she would come over to deal with it which she did a few mins later. I had explained at the beginning that a driver was waiting for me . The second matter took 20 mins but I was not told there would be any delay in collecting my case. Thus lack of communication and the less than positive response I received when I asked what was happening was very disappointing. Having been delayed by a. Hour and a quarter I asked to check out to be presented with a bill for a drink which I refused to pay as my booking was all inclusive. Staff then became argumentative rather than apologetic and said they would check. At this point I informed that that I was leaving and if they continued to charge me for this drink I would request a meeting with the. General Manager. At this point they said I did not need to pay. It would seem that there is a need for training in communication and customer service. I stayed in the hotel 1-7 June as a guest of the MIE as I have done previously. This incident took place on 7/6/25 between 0915 and 1030am, .

South AfricaThe resort could be more cleaner. The flies are a problem. On the lower ground floors, the grass was not cut. Looked unkept. We only discovered the pathway to the beach next door on the third day. No long strip of beach. Very rocky and few access points to the beach.
Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. The buffet outdoors was a lovely experience. The variety of the buffet was very good, especially the freshly baked pizza's. We loved the evening sun sets in the water. Stunning sun sets.
