The complex was beautiful and very well located to the beach. The staff were very attentive, friendly and always helpful. Joanna was very welcoming and was always happy to answer any questions we had. We stayed in the family villa. The place was big, clean and so very comfortable. The pool was calm, clean and relaxing and we were the only ones around there most days so it definitely had the element of privacy and tranquility. Theres a shortcut to the beach so it was less than a 5 minutes walk. The supermarket, shops and restaurants were all within a close distance too. We would love to stay here again.

We stayed in Villa 1 for 5 nights. The villa and grounds are immaculate, with super friendly and professional people to help. The swimming pool was a huge hit with the children. Fab location to local beaches, shops etc, and easy to get further afield for sightseeing whilst being in a quiet area. Would definitely recommend and would love to return here.

This place is absolutely fantastic! It's just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it so convenient. The property feels very private and secure, with no traffic noise to disturb the peace. The Wi-Fi is strong and reliable, which was a huge plus. If walking to and from the property at night there is little light along the pathway leading to it, although it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

We had a great stay at Blue Bitd! The location is perfect,within walking distance to everything, including supermarkets, restaurants, and local attractions. The facilities were excellent and very well maintained. Everything was clean, and having a place to park was a huge plus. What really made the difference was the staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Everyhting was great!

This was one of the coolest places we stayed at during our trip to Mauritius! The host was incredibly polite, well-organized, and even arranged excursions and a taxi driver for us. I absolutely loved this place, and the swimming pool was just amazing! Our room was clean and tidy, and our apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, which we happily used to prepare breakfasts. It had everything we needed for cooking and boiling water. I totally recommend this place to anyone visiting Mauritius. Joanna, you're the best! 😉

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this charming and family friendly accommodation. The place was very clean and well equipped, with a lovely green terrace. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! As a nice welcome, the fridge was already stocked with some breakfast items, which was a thoughtful and much appreciated gesture. It's well located, with nice restaurants and a small public beach within walking distance. We look forward to returning for another stay!

Thought we were getting a 4-bed villa (all rooms open as usual), but only 2 rooms were made available. This was easily fixed, though, as we had extra guests which meant extra charges.

Location - very close to the best beach. Great for a quick swim. The villa was very well equipped and presented. Comfy beds and extra large rooms. 3 bathrooms were great to accommodate everyone.

Small, friendly boutique guesthouse, spotlessly clean, lovely pool and balcony with view over the tropical gardens. Perfect location within walking distance of all local amenities including the beach, supermarket and restaurants/ cafes . Highly recommend Bloom for breakfast or lunch, Chill and Grill and Gloria’s for take away street food Super comfy super king size bed , plenty of storage space and great kitchenette with small hob, microwave, fridge freezer and even a filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. They even had an umbrella in the room just in case of a tropical shower. Plenty of sun loungers, no need to get up early to reserve them. Joanna, the manager, is fabulous and always on hand whether in person or by what’s app. She arranged a hire car for use and can also arrange excursions. The housekeeping staff are amazing and will do laundry a big bag of laundry cost the equivalent of £5.50 including ironing. It truely is a five star property without the hefty price tag.

We felt it wasn’t very private. There were two dogs that roam around during the daytime, they are pretty much harmless but do foul in the back garden. Most of us felt uncomfortable with them around.

Beautiful, clean and well maintained accommodation. Quite and peaceful. Fully equipped kitchen (starter set with eggs butter etc. provided) and baguette service. Honesty bar for water and beer. Super friendly and helpfull staff. Nice and clean pools and pool area. Nice barbecue place available. Very well located near to the beach (5 minutes by foot) with a lot of restaurants across the street. Nice (breakfast) Restaurant (Bloom) only 4 minutes by foot. Great place to enjoy Mauritius. Highly recommended.

Great little and quiet place hidden in the side street so away from main road traffic but all within 10 min walk - restaurants, beach, supermarkets etc. We stayed in the villa - kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need. The place was spotless with daily cleaning. The bedrooms were spacious, each with private bathroom. Towels, linen provided. Providing some basic food in the fridge on the arrival was a nice touch and helped to avoid the hassle of doing shopping straight after arrival. There is a good wifi available in the villa and by the pool. The owner, Joanne was very easy to reach through whatsapp and very responsive even before our arrival to Mauritius.

We loved the location. Property nicely hidden away and private but within very close proximity to the beach and a good restaurant (Bloom). Parking onsite. Good security. Very pretty, well maintained gardens and pool. Great room cleaning service included daily. Nice welcome supplies in the fridge. Although we didn’t use it, useful honestly drinks. We absolutely loved our stay at the Blue Bird. It felt like the perfect hidden little spot yet walking distance to Pereybere beach, a modern cafe, a rooftop bar, supermarket, and bus stop. We loved watching the beautiful birds on the balcony at breakfast. The staff are very warm and friendly and they do a great job making you feel very welcome and keeping the rooms and grounds cared for every day.We really hope to stay again!
