Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. Comentario auténticoDesde nuestra llegada, todo fue perfecto. Viajamos mi esposo, mi hija y yo, y desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. La habitación estaba impecable, cómoda y bien equipada. Todo el hotel se mantiene muy limpio y es realmente bonito, con detalles que hacen la diferencia. El personal es excepcional: siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. El servicio de todo incluido fue excelente: la comida deliciosa, variada y bien presentada, y los cócteles, simplemente, ¡exquisitos! La playa es amplia, limpia y preciosa, un lugar ideal para relajarse. Además, los espectáculos nocturnos fueron muy entretenidos y divertidos, perfectos para cerrar el día con buen ánimo. Nuestros días aquí fueron maravillosos e inolvidables. Sin duda, esperamos volver pronto para revivir esta experiencia.

La ubicación. No es mala ubicación, pero recorrer toda la isla desde ese punto puede hacerse cansado. Recomiendo si vas a visitar la isla coger dos ubicaciones.

Comentario auténticoCercanía al mar. Amplitud y vista de las habitaciones.
Tardanza en las barras y buffet por tener que firmar un ticket en cada consumo (el unico sentido que encuentro para que hagan esto es asegurar propinas). La existencia de un solo restaurant por fuera del buffet al que solo te permiten ir sin abonar adicional 1 sola vez durante toda tu estadia (wok & roll). Muchos perros en zona de playa, personal no recoge basura de sombrillas y de zonas abiertas durante el día (lo hace pero 1/2 veces al dia, lo que resulta insuficiente, y solo se llevan comida y no vasos/latas). Vimos una rata grande saliendo de la cocina. No tiene room service, y los productos del minibar son bastante limitados. Muy pocas actividades (y poco comunicadas) por el staff del hotel.

Although we do not offer traditional room service at C, we do have the Cpicerie, a self-service restaurant where you can enjoy your meals or take it anywhere you want to. Comentario auténticoTodo!!!! A pesar de estar completo cuando fuimos, ninguna sensacion de lleno/agobio. Siempre tumbonas disponibles en la playa, asi como espacio en restaurantes y bar. La playa es increible y se agradece muchisimo el material deportivo para el agua! La comida buenisima!! Y que tengan una bodega de vino enorme dentro del todo incluido es increible, pudimos probar cosas diferentes cada dia. El personal super atento tambien, sinceramente absolutamente nada mejorable. PERFECTO!

Comentario auténticoEl hotel es espectacular, las instalaciones son increíbles, todo al detalle y a los pies de la playa preciosa. La habitación grande, todo muy limpio y con vistas espectaculares, minibar, agua y comida en la habitación repuestos cada día e incluidos. El personal no puede ser más agradable, especial mención al personal de bar siempre ayudando y atendiendo con una sonrisa. La comida tanto en el buffet como en el bar muy bien, siempre con comida hecha en directo, plancha, etc.
La ubicación no es buena, si se va con intención de ver y hacer excursiones por la isla (Mauricio tiene solo una autopista que va del aeropuerto a Port Louis, y queda muy a desmano de la zona Este donde está el hotel, por lo que para ir a las zonas Sur-Oeste o Norte donde están los atractivos turísticos tiras más de 1 hora de coche). La ubicación de la playa, pese a ser una playa preciosa, tampoco es la mejor, hay bastante viento constantemente y es la zona de la isla donde más se meten las nubes. A nosotros nos tocaron 2-3 días de los 9 que estuvimos cubierto de nubes y con lluvia, que unido al viento hicieron que no se pudiera salir del interior del hotel.
