C Mauritius is designed as a lifestyle hotel with a relaxed, authentic Mauritian spirit — we’re sorry to hear that this didn’t quite come through during your stay. We’re also sorry if the behavior of some of our team members came across the wrong way — our ambassadors are usually known for their genuine care, and we sincerely regret if this wasn’t reflected throughout your stay. As for check-out, it’s generally at 12:00, but the all-inclusive package extends until 15:00. You can store your luggage in our dedicated room and continue enjoying the hotel’s amenities. We also offer a free-of-charge shower room. If availability allows, late check-out until 16:00 is available for 100€, and until 18:00 for 150€. Regarding the water, it’s sourced from the Central Water Authority (CWA) and is regularly treated and audited to ensure it’s safe to drink. This is also part of our eco-responsible commitment to reducing plastic use across the resort. You were staying in one of our Prestige Rooms, designed to be calm, warm, and infused with local charm — we’re sorry it didn’t meet your expectations this time.
