The place is central to everything. If I ask for anything Andrea provided it.

There was not a stove top and kitchen sink but we managed with the oven and microwave.

Close to fabulous beach, room good size & bed comfortable.

NOISY!! The photo does not show the road between deck & beach! It's very busy with many people & revving motor bikes, loud music, etc Also there is no proper bar at restaurant - just 2 stools & not very inviting for solo travellers. Being above and beside two restaurants, the smell of cooking oil is impossible to avoid.

Chez Pepe is ideally located in the heart of all the action. The apartment is a budget beach front apartment with basic but clean amenities. The beach is just across the road and is safe and lively. Easy to get a taxi, tours etc. Andrea the manager is an absolute gem.

The apartment is not cleaned daily and towels are only changed once in two days. No beach towels are provided.

Huge spacious apartment above the restaurant. Nice balcony with view across to the trees and the beach. A bit dark, but clean, so try to get one with a side window too. Kettle and sugar supplied, but no tea or coffee. Morning coffee can be obtained at a nearby takeaway; join the queue! Very convenient for strolling across the road to the beach area. We parked our rental in the dead-end side road; soon realised its easier to reverse down in rather than do a 7-point turn :-)

I loved the situation of the flat specially with the beach view. Room service is superb they keep it very clean. The lady in charge of the house andrea is very professional helpful and comes within 5min with her bike in case of any need.

I stayed just under a week and It was perfect all round .Cannot fault it. Value for money, pizzas the best I’ve ever tasted, views of sunsets,great communication from host who runs it all with impeccable managerial skills. As a solo traveller this was so right. I felt safe , extended and nurtured on this property.

From the time we arrived Andrea was welcoming and friendly the location is perfect the view is fantastic and it was clean I would definitely recommend this place It was my first trip to Mauritius and what a fantastic start.

Very central to Flic en Flac public beach and restaurants. Amazing sunsets. Nice view from balcony over the forested beach. wonderful early morning walks in the shade. Andrea is a very hospitable and helpful host. Great Value for money. I was working a lot - the balcony was a great place to do it. Much better than staying inland at a business hotel.

Loved the ocean & beach views from the terrace & all the nearby restaurants & street food. The tortoise shell cat was certainly an entertaining bonus!

Nothing to complain about.

Excellent location, very clean apartment, recently renovated, the pictures do not do it justice. It was cleaned every day by very pleasant cleaning staff, it had a nice size balony that overlooked the beach which was just opposite the road. The apartment had kitchenware to allow for cooking at home, there is even filtered water provided by the property at the entrance for the guests to use. Andrea, the host, was very welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. The beach was the very clean and not too crowded, there are plenty of very good restaurants next to the property and a supermarket less than 10 mins walk, in addition to a small shop 2 mins walk. The bus stop in opposite the property. All in all, excellent stay and when coming back next time, we are staying here without a doubt! Highly recommended!

Noise from the doors in the corridor woke us up every morning. You couldn't close the room door quietly.
