Alexandra is an amazing host and will make you feel at home before you even reach. She is warm, friendly and very helpful. Gave us a thorough tour of the entire property and also helped is in choosing good places to visit. The villa is very cute with a fully equipped kitchen and living room on the ground floor and a beautiful bedroom and washroom on the first floor. 10/10 would always recommend everyone to stay here for the most amazing stay.

The property was clean and comfortable and had everything needed. A restaurant, bar and pool onsite. The biggest addition was the host Alexandra. Very helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou for a great stay exploring Mauritius.

Nothing to not like

Very well situated, close to two good shopping centres. The complex has a lovely Italian flavour and is extremely well kept.. A troop of monkeys made their way through the 'village ' each morning. I didn't see them anywhere else. The canals are fed by the sea so fish can be seen. Loved the little stream outside the door and each morning the path to the apartment was swept. Loved lush vegetation.. Apartment had all the amenities one could want; very clean; well maintained and comfortable. A better host you won't find. Alexandra took us to the closest centre the first night to buy a few essentials, sent messages telling us about things to do and even weather updates. A minor problem with Netflix was sorted in 20 minutes. Not experienced anything like this

The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Thanks to Alexandra for being so welcoming. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is parking space for your car, and a very cool swimming pool with barbecue area where you can spend your time with pleasure.

-There should be mention of the many steps leading to the apartment in the description, especially for some of us who have knee problems. That was the main negative for me

-I’ve stayed in this property for the second time within a few days. I’ve made the detailed review a few days ago, and this one will be short. -The host is exceptionally responsive, kind, very accommodating and thoughtful. -The place is comfortable and fully equipped for a comfortable stay especially when one is working. -Air-conditioning in the living room and upstairs in the bedroom -Magnificent, large well-maintained pool -Well, equipped kitchen -In my first visit, I reported a faulty air fryer to the owner and lo and behold on my return. There was a brand new air fryer. This is exceptional, exceptional unexpected service, and I’ve given a 9 rating for that reason. -Beautiful Venice style sprawling, serene complex With a Boutique Hotel and spa on the same premises

-I highly highly recommend this accommodation in spite of some of the issues I’ve pointed out below -Too many steps outside to get to the apartment which was a bit of a strain for my 58 year old knees, but the owner was so gracious and helped me with my suitcase on arrival and the checkout. Because of the steps, I would not be able to book this accommodation again, but I highly highly recommend this place. -The pillows on the bed whilst looking very ergonomically designed, were extremely hard and uncomfortable for me. Luckily, there were some beautiful soft cushions on the bed that I could use as pillows. -The bedroom is upstairs and I found it to be very hot but thanks to the super efficient air conditioner but that meant I had to use it overtime. -No toilet paper holder in the toilet -Bin pedal should work without one having to use your hands to open the Bin -Location is not within walking distance to the beach but it’s in a good location to travel up and down throughout Mauritius -no shops within walking distance if one does not have a car but I managed to get around that by having a regular taxi driver

-Excellent owner/host, very welcoming, very accommodating, very responsive and even accommodated me at the last minute as I was boarding my flight when I had initially canceled the booking and she was there late at night to meet me at the apartment and show me around -Small but cost cozy and comfortable in a serene, peaceful and very quiet Venice style like village -In a very secure estate with security at the entrance that you have to go through -The most fully equipped apartment I’ve lived in a very long time, especially the kitchen which has an air fryer, Microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster, Nespresso machine with Nespresso cubes, provided to last the duration of my stay, a fridge, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, and lots of bottled water and a starter pack of milk provided. This must be the most well equipped kitchen I’ve seen and I’ve stayed in many rental apartments -two air-conditioning one downstairs in the living room and another upstairs in the bedroom. -A flatscreen TV with so many channels. You don’t even know where to start DSTV for some of us South Africans, Netflix for those who love Netflix and Disney+, Prime etc. the list goes on and on and on. -WiFi that works very well which is good for me as I was working -A work space near the TV. Wasn’t as ideal for me but I ended up using the kitchen chairs by the breakfast nook for work purposes -Automated louvers to block out the sun and this is the first I’ve seen in Mauritius which was wonderful -The most magnificent, very large, blue swimming pool that I delighted myself in and got some good exercise. It’s just Beautiful and was for me the cherry on the cake.😃🙏🏾 -A large Venice style complex where one can walk around and get good exercise just walking -A hotel in the village where one can pay for use of the gym, the spa and of course restaurants if one does not want to cook.
