Service at the hotel specially room service is the worse experience I had..I have ask for bottle of water from 1pm and only received them at 5pm when eilou front desk staff interfered and that after 5 calls...food isnt great at all all 3 restaurant food I would rate 4 on 10..can be improved and cleanliness need to ve highly improved ..

I would like to that eilou drink desk staff how has welcome us very warmly since our stay very nice and helpful. Anastasia in the kids club was amazing with my little 3 yrs old boy he really enjoyed it and I would say she is very professional Tristy at the spa amazing lady I went for a full.body massage..she is very nice informative all of them deserve appreciation

Many foreigners now work in the hotel and the Mauritian hospitality is now lost, no more warm Mauritian hospitality as Mauritius is known for! Many foreign staff didn't understand English and it was difficult to communicate. Having said that all Mauritian staff spoke English and French.

Excellent for families. Great hotel for family holiday. Aqualand is great for children & adults alike. The hotel is really big with facilities spread, it's very spacious. Food and drinks were great, playground is very nice, room was lovely with nice view of the ocean. We left the hotel refreshed, we had a lovely time.

Wasn’t very clean There was no snockerling gear to use The some of the staff - didn’t attend to our request or offer us a meal when we returned at 10pm and was later For diner even though is was included But yet Sanjeet on the previous night offered us a meal from a limited menu and was very helpful Sanjeet and his counterpart however the two female receptionist ( I think the one was Priyanka didn’t attend to our request For our room to be cleaned or new towels ) very dissatisfied with their level of service The breakfast was a let down when compared To the dinner

The property was awesome but lacked a lot of things The supper was amazing and the facilities for the kids And Sanjeet was simply amazing

Not a great variety of food Did not like the coffee at all Terrible bacon and sausages, always cold and not very nice Beef stir-fry always too tough to eat Lack of hot water in room, never hot enough for a nice shower!

The beds are extremely hard - this has really hurt my back, ended up sleeping on the sofa.

The beach area is beautiful. Some of the decor is nice. Food was good - butter chicken was delicious! There’s always something nice to eat at meal times and the drinks selection is good.

the mattress in the bed in the room was old and almost flattened and hard to sleep on -not at all comfortable. We arrived at midday to meet some friends and staff at the reception asked us to buy a full inclusive package (Rs 6000). We decided to book a room that same night (Rs 12 200) also fully inclusive (which means that our check in started at 2pm until 11 am next day). So we paid twice. The hotel did not reimburse us and the next morning we could not enjoy the benefits of the fully inclusive (they did not even allow us to have lunch).

I loved the beach area - the sea was crystal clear and truly magical. Room service was great - we asked for a toothbrush and it arrived instantly. The staff we interacted with were friendly.

It would really help if the staff could speak and understand English. It was a bit of a struggle with communication. Not all tourists can speak French.

When we arrived there was no hot water in both rooms, maintenance came and said give it 5 minutes and low and behold still nothing 15minutes later...we further thought first thing in the morning surely it will be hot now.we bathed and was still cold eventually reported it again and they finally sorted it out properly.the beds we slept in the first night had sand in them and we were so tired from our travels that we just decided we wont bother, the next day my children's water bottles on the side of their beds went missing but again didn't complain as I felt it not really a major complaint. .when I did look under the bed base to see if the kids dropped them I noticed under it was extremely filthy and clearly house cleaners cleaned only where the eye can see...the dust build up is clearly of weeks if not months and took a video of it.again I didn't bother to complain as to see if it would be addressed or not.the ac in our room didn't get cool yet in the next door room for our kids it did.there was a towel left outside the neighbour and 4 days in a row it was never picked up nor collected...and worst of all the food was absolutely terrible, the food was bland and so was most of the dessert...except 1 amazing dish was when they had grilled lamb shoulder and out of the whole 8 days there that has got to be the best food we had!

Your staff were great specifically Aman and priyanka at the front desk as well as richelna kelly and Noah at the kids club and your waiter staff in the main restaurant especially akash and the other lady i forget her name but extremely pleasant and helpful.its a nice hotel in appearance.

Nothing major to complain about – overall a very enjoyable stay

The property was very clean and beautiful, with great options for the pools. We went as a group of friends and enjoyed it a lot. The food was very good with plenty of variety. Aqualand was just amazing – we felt like kids again! Special thanks to Megna who kindly allowed us to keep one room until 3pm for a late checkout, which made our stay even more comfortable.

I went there for my wedding anniversary. I asked for few things to surprise my wife. Nothing happened as planned. It was only in the evening when I told a staff about everything, it's only then he arranged for a cake and a champagne. Food was not that great. I realized that the staffs especially the foreigners were super tired of overwork. There was barely a smile on their face.

The location is nice. Few mauritian staffs i met were friendly.

I loved everything

This is such an underrated resort It s so beautiful, surrounded by a beautiful, well looked after lush garden, wonderful beach, 2 big swimming pool + water park The rooms are very big, clean and bed very comfortable Food Excellent and personnel very attentive and polite. Drinking water provided every day in the room plus on the beach
