Good morning, We thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We truly value the time you have taken to provide such detailed insights and we deeply regret that certain aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. We do wish to sincerely apologise for the inconveniences caused. Rest assured that we take our guests' feedback very seriously and your comments have been shared with our team for our immediate follow up and improvement. We regret that our front office artisans did not provide the assistance expected with regards to your excursions and we will ensure additional training is done. Additionally, we acknowledge your concerns on our ornamental ponds which have been duly addressed by our maintenance team. We appreciate your patience with the air conditioning issue, and we are glad to hear it improved after a few days. We will also look into the availability of sun loungers around the pool for a better enhanced experience.
