The door slammed even when was closed The Internet was good for nothing I thought the room would be bigger

The apartment was really spacious and nice. Actually, we thought we were booking a room so it was a surprise to see a big apartment. The place was located within walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants. The check in was flexible with a lockbox. Great value for money. I would definitely recommend it for your stay in Flic en Flac.

Nice room and private balcony. Air con and shower work perfectly. Great shared kitchen and other shared terrace areas. The owner is available over WhatsApp and is very accommodating. Excellent value for money

The bath shower's convenience was compromised by its wall fixture and lack of spaciousness. The floor kitchen experienced a gas outage, causing inconvenience as we had to go upstairs to utilize other floor mates, but fortunately, the issue was resolved.

I appreciate the face-to-face interaction with fellow inmates and the shared time together. I recall a guest from Poland welcoming me at that late hour and further assisting me in carrying my luggage to my room upstairs. And one thing that I will never forget is the constant interactions with the host, though not physically reliable. On a whole, I personally appreciated the host and his humanly touch eventually. It was as if we have all we needed around us. Proximity to the beach was great though not that close.

Everything was simply perfect.

Shanon is a perfect host - I felt better than at home. The place itself is clean, spacious, with great location and everything needed for stay. Nearby are numerous cafes and restaurants, bus stop (3 minutes walk), the beach is in 5 minutes walking distance max. Eden Villa is a great place to stay, highly recommended!

Excellent accommodation. The facilities are comfortable, spacious and clean. Although there are common areas, they are well distributed and allow privacy. It allows total autonomy and independence with the check-in/out methods. Fluid and attentive communication with the host. Excellent location.

Beds are really uncomfortable, major renovation is needed I feel . Nothing works up to mark either In shower area or whole bathroom .

The place is near to beach about 1 km from the apartment . Good parking area . Helpful host .

Because you have communal areas, other guests can get a bit rowdy with slamming doors and preparing food or hanging out at the patio.

The host was very helpful and kind. Our room was quiet with a little balcony and aircon. The building has 2 communal kitchens, so great if you want to prepare your own food. It is close to all restaurants and the beach.

They could let us the air conditioner controller to control what temperature we would like it, there was not controllers for that. There was only one bed sheet in the bed and it was very cold at night. Then we found another one in the closet. Would be nice to meet the host first to be explained how the water work.

The location is very close to the main road with all shops and restaurants. 5-7 mins walking to the beach. The room was clean and cozy. It was very pleasant to stay there. Thanks a lot 🙂
