Gite Patriko is a dream place, Rodrigues is a lovely island 🏝 and all the attractions were so near from the location we were at water is precious there but we never had any problems at all meanwhile we were saving water too ❤️ 💙, The staffs were brilliant, everyone is so loving and made us feel at home, the place is is a quiet place beautiful view, seabreeze, nature, and the environment itself is so beautifully presented and preserved..We were soo happy to have chosen Gite Patriko for our trip to Rodrigues, we will definitely go back next year ❤️ #bestvacationever 10 over 10 for the service, food and cleanliness, thank you soo much for making our stay a memorable one...Gite Patriko Family ♡♡♡♡

Block outs on the curtains would help sleep in more. For those sensitive to light, you will be up with the sun - early 😊. Due to rain, the access and parking road got muddy which was tricky with the car (especially getting stuck). It would be helpful to have a longer paved driveway and parking space.

We had a lovely stay at Gite Patriko. A little gem of a place where you can really disconnect and feel the authenticity of Rodrigues. The staff is very caring and went out of their way to please us. We had a delicious and filling breakfast everyday, great way to kick start your day. We recommend you to choose it for an additional fee. Thanks again for a wonderful time. We will be back!

Hmm, on the day I should leave the gardener came to say that I will have to leave before as new customer will come at 11.00 whilst my last time to leave was 12.30. It's the only things that was unpleasant

The breakfast booking system was confusing and unclear so on some days we waited for breakfast and it wasn’t served. It is very remote which is perfect for relaxation but difficult to find a supermarket or restaurant. I would suggest hiring a car as early as possible, as even the restaurants within walking distance did not always open according to their opening hours. We don’t speak good French so communication with the hosts was difficult at times.

The studio was very clean and comfortable, and nicely laid out. The shower was hot and there was even a first aid kit in the bathroom. Plenty of towels and blankets available and good kitchen facilities. We had a lovely breakfast on our first day, and owner was helpful renting a car. The location is quiet and peaceful, with a lovely beach very close and a little kiosk selling snacks

The place is quiet and peaceful. You can see the sun rising from your room and the sea is only a few meters away. The owner is very helpful and will do his best to meet your requests. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Rodrigues in quest of a place away from the busy life.

Wifi connection was not as good as I would like it but it was problematic all over the island. Also you should think of renting the car on the very 1st day or agree with host to stop in some of very few supermarket on the island on your way from the airport to the accomodation. There is absolutely no normal shop anywhere close in walking distance and if you wanna have anything to eat/drink (Which is anyways bit problematic on the island) you need to go to Port Mathurin which is 20 mins drive

I can nothing but to recommend this apartment. It s located on the very east side of the island just next to the TeKoma hotel and it s only 3 minutes walking to the by far the best beach on the island - Francois beach. Rooms are just fine. Obviously it s not the most newly-equipped place but it is super nice and comfy! Also the host is nice. Always helpful, always ready to answer all the questions. It is also possible to have breakfasts for 350MUR and Dinners for 550MUR which I had nearly every day and it was a great look into local kitchen! View is nice, AC is working perfect and 2mins walk away from the apartment there is place where you can buy water, soft drinks and cookies - nothing else. Last thing which come to my mind is that they provide transfer from airport for 900MUR and it s also possible to rent a car or scooter from the host which I did and highly recommend. All in all if I come back to Rodrigues I ll most likely come to Gite Patriko again and I ll for sure recommend this to all my friends- Great location, nice people, extremely nice beach

Loved everything. Location is great. So convenient to get to Trou D’argent, St.Francois or Pointe Cotton beaches. Mr and Mrs. Garrick are fabulous hosts. I am a vegetarian, and finding vegetarian fare is not very easy, but the hosts helped out immensely and made us feel at home. If I go back to Rodrigues, I would without a shadow of a doubt go back and stay at Gite Patriko.
