I felt the pool wasn't very clean,had to sak day staff to clean it as we were there for 5 night after few days water started to turn green .also I didn't mind paying it but I was ask to pay an extra 10 euro per day to ba able to use air conditioning in the leaving area .why not just have a flat rate for the property AC included .as per description on booking.com it is a fully air conditioned property . Dishwasher was not available which we were made aware on checking .but that doesn't solve the problem of washing as we were there for leisure and not spending time in washing up all the time . Last , the floor on the 1st floor was un acceptable and very dangerous at time as it was split and side skirt pealing off .Just not up to standard .Definitely plenty of space inside to chill and dine but we did feel that some outdoor dining furniture would be ideal . We are not complaining but providing feed back .we did have a fab time in the villa . Thank you for a great holiday

Not enough fans in the hall especially during summer. Renovation is needed in the rooms especially the door handle and ac. A pest control also required as many bugs and insects especially at night. The lady in charge there should talk to clients in a friendly manner.

The swimming pool was amazing and also the kitchen and villa was very well equipped.

Maybe the last villa lacks a bit of privacy at the pool. A bit more of tropical green would swiftly solve this.

Spaciousness and cleanness of villa. Very helpful and kind manager - Annie - as well as other stuff. We were staying for 5 nights after arriving to Mauritius, and the Villa was a great way to get used to Mauritius. Very nice service.

The villa is amazing. The host met me in person on arrival and gave the key + a tour of the villa. The villa is very equipped with all towels, couette, hot and cold water, a great pool, fully equipped kitchen, TV, WIFI and a very large common space. The property is gated with CCTV and with a security guard 24/7. The villa was very clean and is big as well. There is only a road which separates the villa with the beach.

No Varangue. When it's raining there is no place outside to be protected from the rain.

Great lagoon to swim is just across the street and can be admired from the balcony. Nice swimming pool. Beautiful house with all amenities. Mrs Annie is a nice host and maintenance staff are discreet. Quiet environment with green countryside in the background. Nice garden. We liked this spacious and relaxing lounge and large bedrooms

No toiletries provided. One floor board was a little loose but we were made aware of it.

Very spacious, airy, and bright. Downstairs bedroom with en-suite was a bonus for us. Swimming pool was great. WiFi excellent.

1. Deteriorating Condition: The floors are in poor shape, creating a sense of danger and great entry for Cockroaches. 2. Lack of Air Conditioning: Air conditioning is completely absent in the dining and living rooms, leading to uncomfortable experiences, especially in warm weather. 3. Terrace Discomfort: The absence of umbrellas makes it impossible to enjoy the terrace during day.

The host and everybody else helping around the house were very kind to us and we felt very welcome! We recommend this place highly :) They definitely go the extra mile for their guests. To give an example, things were not going good for us (we were having difficulties finding a place to stay in that region) and Annie took us in in the middle of the night, after normal check-in hours. We are so-so grateful for that! In addition, we mixed up our payment and after we had left the villa, Annie contacted us with the problem and helped to find a solution how we could meet up again to make the payment. We felt so bad that this happened - everything and everybody had been so great with us - but fortunately Annie helped to solve all the obstacles. We are very grateful for Annie and everybody else too :)

I didn’t like that Annie couldn’t stay with us longer! What a lovely host!

The space of the property, the cleanliness, the pool, the watchmen, the bed, everything was just wonderful! Annie however was the best of it all!

The place lacks privacy. Gardener, watchmen, the cleaning people walks around the villa and the look inside or at us. Cant be alone with someone without knowing others are looking. Worse part is putting 2 cameras to face the pool. Really didnt appreciate that. Finally the place needs a renovation as paint is fading off and cracks all around the house.

The place is great and the view as well. Near facilities such as supermarket and restaurants.
