The veranda was nice.

I rented and paid Koeuris apartment for 6 days. I was plagued by flea bites all over the body during sleep (see picture). I left the apartment on second morning for another place to stay. Thus, I made a bad evaluation related to the insects in the bed. Instead of some excuse, Mr. Patrick wrote: "I found your comments false and malicious. the only reason of your departure is that you meet someone in flic en flac. that why you leave the apartment to go there. anybody knows on a tropical island in the evening you must keep the doors and windows close because of mosquitoes. so you leave everywhere open and now you complain. very ridiculous." Originally, I wanted to let the matter rest. But not after such comments of the host. I asked the customer service of booking.com to arrange refund. After several unsuccessful appeals they gave up and my email to the host was not answered. I can't change how Mr. Patrick handles such problems. I close this matter with this updated evaluation and leave it to others to think about it.

Great host and well equipped room. You just need to have a car because everything is quite far away.

The apartment is cleaned every day, and the owner was always available and always helpful.

The apartment is quite small, especially the kitchen. I had to ask for a fan for the terrace, which has a lot of mosquitos in the evening: a ceiling fan would help.

A very pleasant and spacious apartment in a quiet area, just outside La Gaulette. Supermarket and other facilities within easy walking distance. Well equipped and clean. Patrick was a helpful and attentive host.

There was nowhere to sunbathe, no loungers and the terrace was always in shade. There is no beach within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our time at the apartment. We really liked the area which was very close to all of the main sights in the south west. We especially loved the Le Morne beach, which is only a 10-15 min drive away. The area is a lot more chilled than the touristy north. There is a supermarket & bakery just down the road - 2 mins drive. Patrick is a very friendly host, who was always available to answer questions. The apartment itself has everything you need and we would definitely stay here again next time we come to Mauritius. Thank you!!

Patrick was a good host the time we were there. The place was clean and well equipped from dominoes to a washing machine. It was in a nice quiet location which had easy access to La Morne etc...

Isolated 16 km to Super U Supermarket, overpriced street fruit vendors and tiny shack restaurants. Tiny pockets of civilization were rare in Goulette area.

All needs met and everything well considered to make one’s stay very pleasant

A little hard to find but eventually saw the name on the property. Otherwise no complaints !
