Very spacious and clean

I recently stayed at this lovely place with my friend, and we had such a great time! The highlight for us was definitely the pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing throughout the day. The entire property was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

What really made the experience special, though, was the host. The lady was incredibly helpful and sweet, always available if we needed anything, and she made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. It honestly felt like staying with family.

Our stay was very pleasant! The accommodation was clean, and the kitchenette was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was fantastic, and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. A huge plus was the presence of mosquito nets, which made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. It’s a detail that truly enhances the experience!

The only small challenge was finding the location, as the directions were a bit tricky. Providing exact GPS coordinates would be helpful for future guests. However, an unpleasant surprise was that the owner repeatedly entered the rented space during our absence without prior notice. This was unexpected and could have been handled with better communication. It is also worth mentioning that the kitchenette and some parts of the accommodation show signs of wear and would benefit from some updates. Additionally, the shower curtain in our bathroom could be replaced with a more suitable alternative for better convenience and comfort.

The appartement was nice, there was also the pool and Annalisa was really kind with us.

There could be a hairdryer in the bathroom but otherwise everything was ok.

We liked the whole property, it felt like a home away from home!

We don't have so much to complain about, we liked it all. It was a bit ht with only fan and no air-con but can't do so much about it 😊

A beautiful, quiet place to stay but easy walking into Trou D'eau Douce (20 mins). Lovely rooms, well equipped kitchen and balconies. Swimming pool to cool off in. Host Annalisa on hand to help and advise as wanted. A perfect introduction to our Mauritius holiday. Could happily have stayed longer.

Perfect little apartment in quiet residential area. Beautiful garden. A lovely welcome by our host who gave us advice on the beaches/restaurants. Very good value.

Everything was perfect, the room is really big with all the conveniences. Anallisa is warm person and she'll help you need some advices. The whole garden was clean and well-groomed.

Little hard to find, but you'll get a perfect direction how you could reach this place.

The property is located in a great spot- it is incredibly comfortable and the host Annalisa really is fantastic; she gave us the best advice on local food spots, getting taxis and even hiring a car! I definitely would recommend staying at La Maison soleil as it is a gem on the east coast of Mauritius!

Amazingly warm and helpful host, she helped us to book tours and provided guidance and info. The house is so charming and artsy, also it is in nature and is so relaxing and calm. Loved the atmosphere.

One of the beds had a really hard mattress, so we had to sleep on the other double one.

Annalisa is a great host. Her directions were excellent as were her recommendations for eating and getting ti Ile des Cerfs. Helpful in every respect

The weather! Stormy weather affected both the hot water temperature and the controller for the air conditioner. Neither a problem - just added to the adventure

Everything. The location is quiet, there’s a place to safely park the rental car. We had a huge apartment with two amazing terraces. The little things - nice smell of the sheets, enough outlets on convenient places, anti-mosquito devices, fan and enough shade in the apartment, lots of storage space. The hostess is more than kind, she made sure we have everything we need and gave us a lot of suggestions.

Very friendly hostess, beautiful accomodation, quiet surroundings but still close to the beach. Definitely a recommendation.

Feeling about the whole property. Quite Zen like. Annalisa (the owner). She was fantastic and couldn't have done more to make us feel so welcome. Location. 10 min walk into town, yet set back far enough for some lovely peace and quiet. The garden and pool. Lots of additional information provided by Annalisa. The dogs. The whole apartment (which was massive) also came with with two lovely balconies.

It's only too inside a residential area... And the road a bit not ok...
