However, I regret to read about the inconvenience you experienced due to the presence of stray animals, and I would like to extend my sincere apologies for this. The issue of stray dogs is a broader national concern that also affects our hotel. We recognize that while some guests may be uncomfortable with the presence of dogs, others are not. Balancing these expectations while ensuring the humane treatment of the animals is a complex challenge. To manage this, we partner with a well-regarded animal welfare organisation in Mauritius to provide care for the animals and find them suitable homes.
