How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The only downside about this property is it’s beach: a lot of rocks in the water and also in the sand.

The beach was a little rocky for us, it was difficult to get into and out of the water comfortably. A notice about bringing water shoes could be helpful.

The surroundings are well-maintained, offering a serene and picturesque environment that's perfect for relaxing. Whether it's the gardens, the poolside, or the overall architecture, everything looked stunning.The Indian restaurant on-site served some delicious dishes — flavorful and well-prepared, definitely worth a visit if you're staying here. Few staff members were very nice Like Mr.Nicholas,Ms.Jaya, Housekeeping lady incharge and few staff at the buffet restuarant they were very nice and made things better. Also a shout out for Mr.Kesavan who was our personal Butler for one of the rooms we had in family he was very nice hospitable, arranged quite few things for us when the other staff failed to do so and was always a call away readily available.
The staff were polite and friendly, but service was a bit laid-back. At times, it felt like things moved slower than expected, especially when requesting assistance .Most of them were clueless when questioned they would not have answers. one of the staff at the pool bar was behaving rude and racist . please train your staff properly. The buffet experience was underwhelming. The variety and quality of food at the buffet could certainly be improved to match the standard of the property and the à la carte dining.

Verified reviewReception staff were good, but we did not understand why we had to produce proof of booking. Food was good. Although we did not use them, the sea and sporting facilities are very good. Bed was very comfortable.
Hotel is looking tired. The cushions in reception were stained, and the cushions on the dining room were even worse. They were stained and dirty and several had seams that had split and the stuffing was coming out. Servicing of hotel room was generally poor. In one instance the room was only cleaned after 16h00 and that was after staff were called by a supervisor. We were told that room cleaning staff clean rooms when occupiers were out. On that day we had been out all day. Shower door did not close properly, and the seal at bottom of door leaked. This resulted in pools of water on the floor after every shower. No air freshener in toilet. Fridge was not replenished very day. I feel that bedside carpets should be provided. Lack of rugs make you feel as if you are getting into bed with dirty feet.

The room was absolutely stunning – spacious, beautifully designed, and offering breathtaking views. The highlight was our very own private heated plunge pool, perfect for relaxing in complete privacy. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Verified reviewThe accommodation is located in a fantastic location, right on the waterfront. The garden, the pool area and the buildings are well-kept. Cleanliness reigns everywhere. The staff is very kind and helpful, they attended to our every wish. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, with plenty of dishes to choose from, so everyone is sure to find something to suit their taste. A few meters away there is a shop with a wide range of household goods, souvenirs, clothes and accessories. There is also a grocery store a few hundred meters away. Opposite the hotel there is a huge parking lot, where taxis are always ready to take guests to any point in the country.

• Food Quality: Unfortunately, the food did not meet the expectations of a 5-star property. There were noticeable repetitions in the menu over our 3-day stay, and the overall quality was underwhelming. • Staff Courtesy: While some staff were helpful, a few were not as courteous, which impacted the overall experience. • Bathroom Design: The bathroom layout caused water to spill out, making the floor outside wet and slippery, which was quite inconvenient. • Wardrobe Functionality: The sliding wardrobe doors were not smooth and required significant effort to open and close. • Activities: We were disappointed that some of the key activities, such as snorkeling and the glass-bottom boat, were unavailable during our stay. We hope you will take this feedback constructively to improve the guest experience in the future.
