While a beachfront, the beach is not very swimmer friendly because of the coral. There is an infinity pool though.

The staff were amazing, helpful and warm. An amazing sunset view.

Breakfast lacking in fruit and healthy cereal options. Juice was watery. Not allowed to bring your own water to the room. No water in the room for tea and kettle cannot be plugged in where it stands because the lead is too short. People smoking around the pool area. Dogs everywhere that pee all over the outdoor furniture at night. Have fights very early in the morning hours and some are constantly trying to fornicate on the beach in full view of everyone. The hotel needs to get these dogs sterilised.

Buffet dinner very good . Swimming pool. Easy to catch a bus to Port Louis or make use of a taxi. Room cleaning was above average

The internet facility needs to be improved even after buying mobile data it wasn't seamless in the room either It was ok but there wasn't much variety of food to eat for breakfast

The serenity of the place is really amazing beautiful location in the heart of Port Louis. I'll go there again but only if am told the Wi-Fi connection is better

Some previous reviews mentioned poorly maintained bathrooms and the 7am to 10am breakfasts running out. The shower wall and floor were tatty and the door leaked but excellent pressure and heat. The toilet flowed water constantly. The breakfasts and bowls would run out by 8.30 and then not be replenished until we asked. The numerous dogs on the beach would be wound up by fishermen with their dogs at 4.30am and then they barked for hours through the night.

The best in this hotel is live band playing in the evening. I guess it's only some days but thay are great. Apart from that, nice location if you are close to capital. Food really so so. Staff was noce.

Our room was not ready yet when we got there on the appointed time. The cleaning was rushed because the cleaner forgot to leave fresh towels. But we got them immrdiately upon request.

The food was with no diversity. They were running out of fish and sea products very quickly and the restaurant staff was servicing firstly the local guests. There was constant shortage of both soft and strong drinks.

The overall location on the beach and the garden were ok. The restaurant was at the beach and next to the swimming pool. On Saturday evening a disco was organized.

With 21 years experience working from a 4 start hotel/ time share resort. in Cape Town.The room that we booked was not what we were given. The room initially given had mold down one of the walls from leaking air condition unit. We were moved rooms however the room was always full of ants and small insects crawling every where. Electrical plugs did not work. A fault kettle in the room nearly burnt my hand when i took hold of the handle. The complex is very run down and needs a lot of maintenance. Manager stated that the owner is re-fussing to invest any money to up grade to exterior of all the accommodation or sort out maintenance issues in the rooms. Staff on the water sports activities where not user friendly. Mainly due to not being busy enough everyday they were set in lazy mode
