Location is bit tricky but can be found

Friendly and very supportive couple who went out to guide us when we couldnot find the location. Even they helped with ordering dinner when we arrived late in the night.

Finding the place is a bit tricky but the host was always very responsive in providing help. The neighbourhood is residential with rather narrow streets. Triangulate the location with your place of business to ensure that the distance is acceptable.

The location is manageable and very convenient if you want to access the public transport buses

Only downside is the location is a little out of way, plus slightly tricky to get to with Google Maps road errors.

Amazing apartment; a lot of space, plus separate front entrance to go in and out of the residence. Plenty space for parking and relatively close to Port Louis.

Its in the heartlands of Port Louis so very "local". We felt safe and we just got on with it but others may not, we never had any trouble or incidents. Dogs barking (mainly 1 neighbour who they are all trying to fix) lasted 2 nights after that it was just early morning and early evening

The space is large and very clean with private parking for small/medium car. Hosts were always keen to help improve our stay.

The location is not good. I did not feel safe going out at night by myself. The taxis could not find the house or the street... I had to go out and find them. If you rent this place you need a car... and not a big car as the streets are very narrow.

Great place to stay, the apartment was clean and the owners are really nice and helpful. If you have a car it would be perfect.

The actual location of the apartment. I expected it to be closer to the main road. It would be nice if complimentary tea and coffee is provided for on the first day a person arrives at the apartment. The property more or less met my expectations except for the actual location . Otherwise everything was perfect .

A very spacious accommodation with large open rooms and all necessities provided. My host was very friendly and really helpful. The proximity to Port Louis is also ideal.

We bought our own items for breakfast and meals. We were free to make our own choice. The host is very helpful, she gave us a ride to our destination one evening.

We liked the large living room, the cleanness of the house and the air conditioner in the bedrooms. The host was extremely reactive to answer messages and calls.

It is managed by a couple who live at the premises . The husband is hospitable and decent. The wife who seems to be in charge is paranoid about foreigners or is racist , I do not know . This is the only unkind person I found in Mauritius. From the word go, she kept making reference to complaints by immigration authorities . We received a new guest who had been l brought to the attention of the husband . We notified the intention to modify our terms of stay or relocate towards the beach . In fact the husband recommended Flic en Flac. The following day, the uncompromising wife called the Health Inspector, immigration ! She said maybe there was something fishy at her premises . Even after providing documentation she asked us to get in touch with the authorities ! She pretended the immigration plus the health inspector had all called her with an inquiry . These offices denied when contacted on numbers she provided . All explained that she is the one who called to report ! On day 1 she investigated the purpose of our stay again by calling Immigration ! This lady is sick ! We did not complete our stay and decided to leave in peace . The lady labeled us criminals and started an investigation ! Strange ! No welcome packs in unit , toilet did not flash without uncovering the cistern , cheap colored bedsheets . When a request was made for linen , the host asked why is that people from Africa always ask for more ? Yet we know that where they come from , it is worse ? We left 4 days earlier ! This is the first negative feedback I have given on this platform

This was my second stay at Cozy Place, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The apartment is bright, spacious, and very clean — perfect for a peaceful short stay. The location was awful. 2 different cab drivers who live there couldn’t find the place; it’s in a troubling neighborhood that even the taxi drivers told me not to stay in. Also it’s very hard to find because it’s like a maze and it has 2 different address and it’s hidden on a side street that’s only one way. Also there were a pack of wild dogs barking all night, I swear, all night, I only got 2.5 hours of sleep. And one of the dogs was either owned by the owner of this place or the next door neighbor, I know because I saw it the next day. Couldn’t sleep.

The owners were very kind and the location was as pictured inside, very clean and spacious.

Location is difficult to find even when using Google maps, you are bound to get lost. If you arrive at night, you may have serious challenges. It is also a bit far out from amenities, one needs to rent a car or resort to using public transport. There are so many dogs in the neighborhood, their barking disturbs peace and tranquility. Beds need replacement, they are not comfortable, bed linen also needs refreshment, the colors are not appealing. There is need to provide different sizes of cooking pots.

The hosts are very pleasant, responsive and helpful. They allowed us an early check in. It is easy to get their support as they live on the ground floor on the same property. The place is squeaky clean. Internet is reliable to superfast. Property is close (5-minute walk) to a bus stop. There are lots of convenience stores around if you want to pick little grocery items, you don't have to go far. There is free parking on the property that can accommodate a small car. If you rent a big one, you will have to park on the roadside.

Location. Ensure you have a GPS. Most streets do not have names boards, and it's very difficult to find with just directions.

The place was very clean and neat as per the pictures posted. If u want to have an idea how the locals live, this place is ideal.

Very large and clean appartement, very well equipment. Near to City and harbour Very helpfull and nice host. We got drinking and eating, when we arrived in the late evening. Spezial thanks for that! We can recommend the appartement to everyone without any restriction!
