The shower temperature was irregular. AC only available in the room, not in the living room which got very hot. It would have been nice to have some tea or coffee sachets available.

Very modern, well situated and quiet area. Nice place for self catering. Beautiful views and central if you're driving to other places.

The mattress is a bit hard may be a “sur matelas” Will make the bed more comfortable. Would also appreciate a blind or curtain on the side windows in the bedroom not only for privacy but because of the light in the morning. You can’t really sleep in as the morning light come on the room very bright.

Our host, Carl ，he was so nice! Whenever I had a question, I sent him a message and he responded within seconds. Always solve the problem!The hotel has just been renovated, the facilities are relatively new, the air conditioning cooling effect is also good, there are two balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. It is completely enough for two people.

We spent 2 relaxing weeks, during Christmas in Palms Studios. Location is very quiet, it's new residential area in La Gaulette, far away from the traffic noise. With some luck, from the balcony, you'll see herd of deers on the fields on the other side of the road. There was one restaurant in walking distance. For shopping, more restaurants or visiting Le Morne I'd suggest having a car. Wifi worked very well, it was stable and fast enough for streaming or online working. This place was launched just before we arrived, so few details were still in progress, but the team was doing great job to finish everything without disturbing our stay. I think the only remaining thing are some construction leftovers next to the house, but hopefully they will be removed by the time you'll arrive. Equipment was really good, Bed was really comfortable and AC efficient, so we had good sleep. When we asked for things like extra knife or cups, Carl who was managing the house, was happy to provide them. Speaking about Carl. He and Laura were taking care about us and were always happy to help. Thanks a lot! If we'll be back to Mauritius, we'll be more than happy to stay again in Palms Studios.

Should ensure the security more on the outside. At night eveywhere around the outside of the property is dark ,like on the wall should have put the electric fence for example.. to ensure the security of the client if they are outside chilling by the pool. That's all Everything was alright.

It was clean ,the staff that welcomed us was nice. We got the 'Le morne' room,which was exactly what we needed as the kitchen door opens up right next to the pool. Worth it. Very calm place. The view of the mountains very nice and peaceful.

there were lots of insects in the apartment. we asked for a fly spray, but they said in the afternoon they will help us. it was an awful night for us. it was too late and we could not find any other place. in the morning we left the apartment. the dead bodies of insects everywhere. we asked for facility refund our one night, but they did not helped us. we did not stay for one more night unhygienic conditions. they told us; 'we live next to a mountain it's nature nothing unhygienic' if you are ok with the sleep with lots of insects, it will be a good challenge for you. it was worst booking experience for us.
