There was a group of people who i guess book some Appartement too and they kept making so much noise,loud music untill 2 a.m. i had to go ask them to lower the volume. Could not sleep well because of that It the only issue we got but overall we loved the place

Some floor tiles were cracked. The furniture in the bedroom was quite old and could use an update. For example, the bedside table was worn out. However, given the low price, this was understandable, and overall, the furniture was acceptable for the budget.

We liked the convenient location – the hotel is close to the airport. The street is very quiet, making it a peaceful place to stay. A large supermarket is within walking distance, which was very convenient. The place was clean and well-organized, with two rooms: a living room and a bedroom. The shower worked fine with no issues. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The living space is all quite basic, but this was entirely as expected and fine for the low price.

This apartment was good for the low price. It was very spacious and had all the basics required for a short stay. Two sizeable bedrooms (with room for a cot in either). One had an ensuite and there was an additional bathroom. There’s access to a pool and parking onsite. Owners were responsive and WiFi was fine. The location was good for 24 hours Mahébourg when we arrived at the airport. The waterfront and market are good for a wander as well as walking around the streets, soaking up the atmosphere. We found La Basilica to be a very welcoming cafe.

They don't provide breakfast. Location was good. But everything closes down too early. Finding restaurants for dinner is very difficult. No life after five.

Room allocation should be done more professionally so as to avoid residents experiencing stressful moments. Booked for a studio at Ibis Residence 1 but one day before check-in, we were informed that the studio is at Sacha Residences 2 Room 3. When we reached there, surprise. No key was available in the keysafe. Called on the provided phone number and a lady asked us to contact the reception desk. Had to wait for the responsible person over there to come back from the supermarket. She gave us the key for Room 2, stating that Room 3 was not free. She obviously lacked tactics in explaining things to the confused residents that we were. Again, the mobile network signal strength (both MyT and Emtel)is very weak in the bedroom in Room 3.

Somewhat a cosy and calm place to stay in. A nice covered pool is available as well as a well-equipped kitchen. London Way Supermarket is some 5 minutes walking distance.

we could do with softer mattresses. There was no iron in this place but an ironing board was in the room

all the info was sent to me, which was great we just battled to open that box, but finally we did and loved this place. This area is also known to me as i have stayed in the area many times before. i could stay in this place for months...very comfortable and easy to get around from here. Very neat and clean. loved it

The room was poorly cleaned, there were hair on the floor and on the sheets. The towels were rather old and stained. The bathroom needs a renovation. Very hard mattress (gave me a backache).

New toaster and electric kettle. Sea view from the window (we were on the top floor). The location next to a supermarket and within walkable distance to the city center. Contactless check in (we were allowed to check in at 12:00 already). There is free parking on site available. Direct contact to the manager via WhatsApp: as there was no hot water, she reacted quickly by sending up a technician to check. Turned out the pressure is insufficient and one has to let the water run for 5-10 min for it to get warm. But we were not expecting so much for the price, either. Would't stay here more than 1-2 days.

It was about the delay of Air Mauritius flight that disturbed everything and we could only stay at the residence for 3 hours

Very responsive and very friendly staff. we arrived with an early morning flight and were able to check in early to nap. My friend forgot a book in the room and we returned and recovered it thanks to the staff’s kindness. There is a supermarket and pharmacy next door.
