The staff were hospitable and made us feel comfortable. The rooms were well maintained. The rooms had a good view of the beach. It was value for money.

The hotel has seen some years and so has its equipment. Everything is maintained, but don't expect interior that is younger than 5 years. However, we saw many new things that were improved or replaced not long ago.

The staff was supper helpful and friendly - they even played Ozzy Osbourne the morning he died. The location is also super nice, however you have to takle into account that the east coast has a lot of wind, so a laminar 20 km/h breeze is there all day. The chefs make a variety of local and international meals and every waiter is really taking care of you and your bevarages.

Very dated hotel. Should be renovated a bit, especially the sundeck-chair must be replaced (old, wooden, cannot setu the height/engle of the upper part).

Hotel is on a good location, has a lovely beach right in front (had sea-view room) The staff is super nice. All-inclusive is a great choice, as there are no restaurants near by. Meals are buffet style, with okay choice. Food is freshly prepared and really tasty. Rooms and hotel are very clean. Bed very comfortable and shower has great water pressure ;)

At the weekend they let others in for either a day pass or whatever, the group they had in on Sunday were disgusting, messed the public toilets and were a disgrace at the buffet but I’m sure that was a one off

The public areas require a serious face-lift creating a more modern feel.

Superb location, good food, amazing F & B team, more an adult type vacation which was perfect for us, great wi-fi in rooms and public areas, as far as the hotel beach.

There is no internet... i mean you can see that the internet exists, but you can not send one email... as I have to combine work+holliday, it was a bit stressful

I enjoyed everything during our stay at Silver Beach. Our room was comfortable, the staff was helpful and kind, and I had read the food wasn't great but I do not agree and liked it very much. We traveled in July, when the weather is not as hot anymore, so there weren't that many people at the hotel and it was very relaxing.

Windy side of island which in the winter definitely spoilt it but that's not the hotels fault. Found the stray dogs a worry but hotel did their best to discourage them

All staff were brilliant. The rooms spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. Food plentiful and something for everyone even fussy eaters like myself. Relaxing atmosphere. Really good value for money for an all inclusive hotel. Would definitely return.

The facilities could be improved if they had a large screen tv for football. The hotel needs refurbishment and shower curtains I don't think is clean enough. Evening entertainment; only one night was very good, the rest was very disappointing.

Not all charging ports were working so day 1 of the holiday was a bit of a nightmare. There was no room service but it wasn’t the end of the world. It would have been a nice to have but it just forced us into eating at consistent times.

The food was very good and there was enough variety - I’m not sure if there is another menu for people to order from or if there’s even an option for not all inclusive, but we didn’t get bored with the menu. The workers were so friendly and always make sure you had what you needed There was enough variety on the all inclusive to make it feel like value for money (bar wise) Hotel is happy to organize taxis for you if you want to go and adventure around Loads of day beds at the private beach Great beach for swimming. All inclusive ends after you check out It was generally a nice place. Quiet, older crowd with not that much to do around if the weather wasn’t on your side, but still a lovely stay to regroup

Only few staff at the restaurant are welcoming. Asking help from the reception always leads to unneeded arguments. If they try to understand what the guests want and communicate better, it would avoid such unpleasant experience.

The spa staff are very professional and made me feel relaxed while helping me to schedule my appointment despite the busy season. The new year eve party was great.

A lower cost All Inclusive hotel and the first impression was it shows. The reception is basic bordering on barren and the check in welcome wasn't much better. Our sea view room was clean with nice bed clothes and towels, TV, fridge, safe, a/c, WiFi but the room does have a dated look with the furniture newly painted but a drab green colour. The low cost also showed itself in the limited array of choices both at breakfast buffet and dinner. Drinks offered on AI were decent beer, wines, local alcohol with mixers and a small selection of cocktails. The saving graces were the very good white sand beach and stunning blue sea and the staff. The waiters dinner and breakfast, at the bar, even the beach towels chap, all very friendly and efficient, better than some more expensive hotels we've stayed in. All in all good value for money although the repetitive limited range of food might become irksome after 5 days.

The only negative is the location. As the hotel is on the east coast of the island there is super strong wind that makes your sun bathing a bit unconfortable + we were there at the beginning of the season and the sun was very fast hidden behind the hotel building so we always had to leave the beach aroud 5pm.

The hotel building and rooms were nice and clean. The staff was really kind and supportive. The best was food - new meals every day and really tasty. Even it is smaller hotel everyone of us could find what he/she likes.

The reception chargers you move when you book a taxi via them, I would advise to book with the taxi’s outside and get your negotiation hat on.

It’s an all inclusive hotel with lovely helpful staff, fun entertainment in the evenings and the spa treatment was my favorite.

Nowhere to go from the hotel, windy side of the island - but it has nothing to do with a hotel. Hotel needs renovation ;)

Firstly, you need to understand that it is not a 5 star hotel, but for the price you pay, you get a lot! Staff is wonderful! Bed is very big and comfortable, but the room and the hotel itself requires renovation. It's a windy side of the island, so be prepared! Food variety is ok for 3 star hotel - i wanted more vegetables and more options for breakfast, but lunch and dinner were good (tuna, fish tandouri, steaks, burgers and etc.). We stayed there for 3 nights and it was a good decision to relax after the flight, but longer period would be boring - no music during a day, no activities, but its superb for a calm relaxation for those who wants it :)

Our second stay. The first was 2019. It's clean, decent and excellent value for money on the all- inclusive. We knew what to expect and had no false expectations. Staff are friendly.

they can just improve on the variety of food provided. there was more chicken with fish less red meat. bacon was only served once in the duration of our stay. not sure if these are expensive items for the island. less activities/ games for the kids. hope they can improve on this .
