Unfortunately, the room itself was quite old, very humid, and the bed linen had an unpleasant smell due to the humidity. The air conditioner also had an unpleasant odor, as if the filters hadn’t been changed for a long time.

The service was absolutely outstanding – everything was fast, convenient, and the staff were very polite and helpful.

The room was well equipped, comfortable and big enough. Kudos to our favorite cleaning lady that did a wonderful job with the amazing room decorations! She brought a smile on our face each time. The variety of food was satisfying, especially the beef, naan and paaner. It was nice to have free drinks like lemonade on the beach and the possibility to order fresh coconuts. And the live music and dance shows each Friday was pretty entertaining. We even managed to dance Salsa, Cha Cha, Rumba and Samba!

Beautiful resort, well maintained with stunning gardens. The buffet breakfast was fantastic lots of different options the pastries were excellent. The evening buffet was also excellent with a big variety. The view from our beachfront room was amazing. Amazing pools, supping, Kayaking and snorkelling included in the price. Great gym and entertainment room with pool table, table tennis, tennis etc.

The Resort is well located down south of the Island with a multitude of offerings such as a few swimming pools to choose from, a gym and spa, lovely restaurants, clean beaches and stunning sunsets. The side current is strong but in good weather still offers you a chance to enjoy snorkeling. The accommodation caters for families and couples with many in secluded spots or if you prefer being near the pools and activities. The best units are the ground floor ones with fantastic bathrooms open plan adjoining the master room offering plenty of space and comfort. Thanks to Leena the Manager and her capable staff who made every effort to make your stay a memorable one.

Need a car to get around it is out of the way. If you don’t have all inclusive this is a problem as no restaurants within walking distance.

We had a beautiful sea view and the bed was very comfortable. The choice of food was great. Great gym and entertainment at night.

This is Mrs. Jeewon Bhurtun. We had the pleasure of staying at the Le Tamasaa Hotel recently, and it was an absolutely remarkable experience. The staff's hospitality was truly exceptional. Warm welcome :) Nishaad at the reception, who welcomed us and made sure everything went smoothly with sincere friendliness and expertise. Our entire stay was made better by his efficiency at check-in, attention to detail, and insightful recommendations. Along with Mr. Dawson, they made sure we felt appreciated as visitors and were always friendly and approachable. We would also like to thank Mr. Altaaf and Mr. Pravesh at the SHOW restaurant. They were always attentive and provided flawless service. Their warm demeanour, timely service, and considerate menu recommendations elevated each meal. The hotel itself is immaculately kept and has a serene, sophisticated atmosphere, but the real highlights are the staff members Nishaad, Pravesh, and Altaaf. Le Tamasaa truly benefits from their commitment and expertise. Strongly suggested, and I hope to visit again soon!

The response to requests was a bit slow. Check-in was slightly delayed as the room was being cleaned in a hurry. The bedding was also a bit damp. It felt like there weren’t quite enough staff to handle the number of guests.

It was a lively and wonderful place to stay. The accommodation was very spacious, and the evening party was a great touch. The staff were attentive, and the variety of benefits offered was impressive. Overall, it was a great experience for the price. I’d love to come back again.

Very beautiful resort, excellent breakfast and a lot of things to do during the day and the evenings (boat with transparent bottom, live music, etc). The personnel are great and really try to make the best for our stay. The taxi service provided to the hotel was convenient for exploring the island and the drivers were kind and correct.

Breakfast was fairly disappointing with poor service at times - having to ask for coffee to be served was a strange approach. The staff were sometimes quite slow and not overly helpful.

Pleasant location with a nice beach in a quiet part of the island. Cocktail hour on the beach was a nice touch and some of the on site restaurants served great food. Lovely and accommodating housekeeping staff!

To be honest its a bit far from airport it takes you 1 hour to get to airport there is no taxi u can just hop in to go to a different area you actually have to pay for a private taxi that cost a leg and foot they charge per hour depending where u go the food at hotel is expensive but there is a big variety thought you have to pay for water that is a bummer we went to a chemin paid 700 rupies driver only wait 2 hours anything more then 2 hours u have to pay xtra so transport is the issue if you not planning on taking a hired car

Absolutely beautiful place maintained inside and out the staff very helpful but some dont understand English that well room service i give 10 out of 10 . The hotel have lots of things to do especially if you have kids the staff keep them busy with activities,the hotel have a board with things to do u can karaoke or clubbing DJ on premises very nice was lively at night food truck enjoyed the beef burger and was the cheapest

The food was overpriced and we didn't get value for money. We would have liked to see more local Mauritian cuisine as options. There were not enough parking bays and we had to park outside the resort at times.

The resort and facilities were great. The staff were friendly and attentive. The complimentary water activities was a great experience. We enjoyed the evening entertainment. It was my birthday and I received a complimentary cake and turn down service. This was a lovely surprise as I did not mention that it was my birthday.

To he honest, the resort met all.y expectations.

The location is ideal for relaxation and good fun. I also loved the fact that the resort was so close to the beach. I loved the great variety of cuisines that formed part of the international buffet.The staff was so warm, efficient and caring like Girisha and Maeena. All the best to Tamasa Resort.

The hotel exceeded expectations in all aspects: daily cleanliness and maintenance, very dedicated and friendly staff, excellent food, provided facilities, beautiful beach, and it is also a very good starting point for exploring the island by car (you can reach anywhere in a maximum of 1.5 hours).

Only downside is that if you love shopping like me, the mall is far away to the north. Though they have a shop within the hotel where you can pick a few things. Transport is also a bit expensive

It’s expensive, the large selection of meals, different theme nights, the many swimming pools, it’s right on the beautiful beach, and the very friendly staff. Tamassa is a wonderful place for holiday

Chefs must innovate breakfast options. Room service was a tad lousy and must be polished going forward. Our experience at the reception during check in was not so good. So proper info of the resort was provided. No tour, no room info, etc.

The location is incredible. Scenic views and the expanse of the property got us to swirl and fall in love with Mauritius. The buffet spread (at Show Restaurant) was good, although the breakfast options were kind of repeated. This must be innovated to surprise guests every morning. Highlight is the Burger Truck that serves finger licking burgers and fries. The Tamassa burger is the best for me. Must try! Spending an evening at the B Bar is even more fabulous as some events like folk dance and other performances keep you soaking in the spirit of Mauritius. Overall, we loved our stay and promised to return again some day

Location is an issue if want to spend time outside the resort. Fuel, Mcdonals etc are all a bit far away. Boathouse ppl were a disinterested lot.
