Rooms are a bit dated, but still the overall property is very good and so is their hospitality that makes it up for it.

The checkin was a little slow, but nothing to really complain about. The complimentary jacuzzi at the spa could do with warmer water. We did not enjoy it and left after 5 minutes as the water was room temperature.

The room certainly exceeded our expectations. We had a large room with a very big and spacious bathroom with a long counter and more than sufficient wardrobe space. The room was really beautiful, and well equipped. They provided plenty of water and tea/coffee (refilled everyday). The room had a bathtub as well. The room contained 3 balconies (one tiny balcony probably for drying clothes, the front balcony overlooking the pool, restuarants and the beach, and the side, very large balcony with the same view as the front balcony, but with outdoor sofas and pool loungers. The view was amazing. We only got to eat a the buffet due to no booking availability at the other restaurants. I wouldn't say it was the best buffet I've had, but the food was pretty good and the service was great. Special thanks go out to Shivani and Seam who made our dining experience special. The rest of the resort is really well laid out and maintained, and just had a wonderfully relaxing ambience.

The room furniture felt quite outdated and could definitely use an upgrade to better match the otherwise modern and luxurious feel of the resort. Additionally, the fridge in our room was not cooling properly, which was inconvenient. The biggest downside was the unexpected maintenance work happening in the room next to us. There was drilling and painting going on, and we were surprised to hear loud construction noise, including drilling, as late as 8 PM on the day we arrived. This did affect the peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for, especially after a long journey.

We recently stayed at the Westin Turtle Bay Resort and, overall, had a wonderful experience. The resort grounds are absolutely stunning, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the service throughout our stay was impeccable. Every detail from the beach access to the poolside service made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered an incredible variety of options, with something to suit every taste. Everything we tried was delicious, and the quality and presentation were consistently excellent. The buffet spreads were particularly impressive, and the attention to dietary preferences was much appreciated. However, there were a few aspects that impacted the comfort of our visit.

There’s honestly very little to fault. If I had to be picky, service at breakfast could be a bit slow during peak times, and some areas of the beach could be rocky - water shoes help.

The setting was absolutely breathtaking - lush gardens, crystal-clear water views, and a tranquil, private atmosphere. The facilities were top-notch, including the spa, gym, and multiple pools. Staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout the stay, and the room itself was spacious, beautifully furnished, and extremely comfortable. Dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of cuisines and fresh local ingredients.

Marriot Bonvoy points that I accumulated was removed on June 11th and I arrived on June 17th. It was never credited back even I raised the concern at the check-in desk. My accumulated points for this stay was also not credited because I booked my stay from third party I don't see any benefit in being a member of Marriot bonvoy club

The Westin is a stunning property by the beach in Turtle Bay Balaclava with two leisure pools and multiple water activities. Some of water activities (glass bottom boat, snorkelling, kayaking etc) were complimentary, which was amazing. The beach in front of the hotel wasn’t the most conducive for swimming but there was dedicated space beyond the water sports area and the snorkelling was fantastic. Our room was spacious and the cove bed was perfect for our little ones. The food across restaurants was delicious and the buffet at Seasonal Tastes had a wide spread catering to different cuisines. The local cuisine they cooked on our last day was a highlight for us, it was delectable. The staff also organised a management cocktail on one of the days in Beach Grill to add a very personal touch. The staff throughout the resort was warm, friendly and hospitable, and ensured we were well taken care of at all times. Special mention of the staff at Seasonal Tastes for preparing little delights for our young ones. Overall, would definitely recommend this resort and consider coming back here in the future.

The Spa, jacuzzi was outside cold and not cleaned, the steam bath seemed extremely outdated not maintained and not hot enough. Sauna was ok but small and unable to regulate temperature properly missing thermometer inside and timer. Definitely not even a Standard level Spa

Facilities, the quality of food at the breakfast and dinner buffet was superb. The availability of aqua sports such as sailing, kayaking, boat trips for snorkelling, etc. The beach and pools and the staff were outstanding always providing excellent service. Our room attendant Rozia was very helpful and friendly did a very good service and left us a nice swan in the room. The valet driver was super nice friendly and helpful unfortunately didn’t get his name but outstanding young boy!

Some restaurants required booking several days in advance. There are quite a lot of additional options for food and drinks even on all inclusive, even if supplemented slightly. Whilst most staff were attentive, service could be a little slow with taking drinks orders, bringing drinks, and clearing plates at the buffet. The floor in our bedroom/bathroom felt as though it could be cleaner.

Beachfront location spread out along the coast, perfect setting for sunsets, lovely and clean swimming pools, plenty of sun-beds, loved the beach towels being provided with a beach bag to use. Beachfront grill restaurant was amazing and our favourite lunch spot, and great for a quiet a la carte breakfast! Kangan was delicious. All inclusive worked well and plenty of options on the food and drink menus. Helpful and friendly staff. Great to have the water activities included such as snorkelling and kayaking. Bedroom and bathroom were spacious and had everything we needed with an extremely comfy bed.

The rooms are a bit outdated and could use some refurbishment. However, it didn’t affect the overall experience much.

The property is located in a beautiful, quiet area with a lovely ambiance. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service throughout the stay was excellent. The surrounding scenery and facilities made the stay very enjoyable.
