This was right where you catch the boat to the islands. The location was good.

Im writing this review so as the staff see to it that others don't go through same issue. Proper measures should be taken. The staff are already aware of the matter.

RomaniaI rarely leave negative reviews, but this place really disappointed me. The cleaning in the room was only "ok" at best. The furniture is in terrible condition—old, mismatched, and nothing like what you see in the photos on Booking. The walls were covered in mold, which was both unpleasant and concerning. To make matters worse, the lighting in both the room and the outside area didn’t work at all, and the kitchen was pitch dark with no lighting. In the bathroom, we found a large rat, and once again, there was mold everywhere. The smell inside was horrible and suffocating. I want to acknowledge that the lady who cleans the place was lovely and did her best, but it's clear that the owner has stopped caring about the property. I don’t think they’re willing to invest in any improvements. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless there are major renovations and maintenance done. Very disappointing experience. We had here 5 days but we canceled after 2 days and requested our money back. They were fair enough and return the money back.
The location is very good very close to Trou d'Eau Douce point where the boats depart to Ile aux Cerfs.

MauritiusWe recently booked your apartment through booking.com and it was a complete disappointment. The apartment was nothing like the pictures or description provided online. The place was dirty, poorly maintained, and far from what we were promised. The furniture was old and damaged, the bathroom had a foul odor, and there were visible stains on the walls everywhere. To make matters worse, the apartment had not enough chairs and tables, and other tenants were also complaining. During our stay, we experienced multiple power outages, particularly at night. Unfortunately, due to the overcharging of power, two laptop chargers were burned out as a result. We tried reaching out to you, but your response was slow and unhelpful. Despite our complaints, no action was taken to resolve the situation. This experience ruined our trip, and we feel completely let down. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through this apartment unless they enjoy unpleasant surprises.

MauritiusNo food service. (You have a complete kitchen to prepare your own food.) And, it wasn't really an issue as we came across a super restaurant called La case poisson. One of the best restaurant we've been so far and we were lucky to have a table as it was nearly booked.
From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it easy to settle in and relax. Our host was incredibly friendly and attentive. She greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. We requested a late checkout, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. It was clear that she genuinely cared about our comfort and satisfaction, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, our stay was delightful, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy getaway with exceptional service!
