Everything in the house was great for us, except the stairs are a bit difficult for younger children.

Very beautiful location. A lot of space. We stayed few days to explore the north. Close to beautiful beaches of Palmar and Belle Mare.

We had trouble to find the house a sign at the beginning of the road would help. Pool was unfortunately not heated and pretty cold.

Big good equipped house with a lot of space, big garden and a nice view down to the bay. Metzy the house keeper is really nice and help full.

Villa Kai is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Stunning views, a beautiful garden, and a really lovely house. Our children (9 and 11) said it was the best place they had ever stayed! A lovely pool, a short walk to supermarket and restaurants, and a great breakfast prepared for us too!

Only the bed lamps were working in the main bedroom so was quite dark when you were getting dresssed. Some of the bedrooms were not as modern as the downstairs area.

Great location. Easy to walk to multiple restaurants for dinner. Nice spacious house with a garden one can use to play games, bbq or utilise the hammock to chill. The caretaker let us in. Although she does not speak much English, we got by. She made us really lovely breakfasts both mornings. The house had some really lovely decor with lots of different areas to sit, inside and out on the patio. Gorgeous view. Was lovely to watch the sunrise.

Nothing all was perfect

The view is amazing, like the pictures :-) very spacious. Mesitah was very welcoming and accommodating regarding the breakfast. There are lovely restaurants hot spot walking distance and mamie Sophie ( camp Ithier) 15 mins drive. AMAZING

Amazing location, exactly like the picture! The place is out of this world with breathtaking sunrises! Villa is very clean with all necessary amenities. Mezzita was very nice, and breakfast was pleasant. We recommend to anyone looking for a calm and beautiful place to relax.

Breakfast was great. The villa is well located and close to a mini supermarket and good restaurants. The infinity pool is clean with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The beach house itself is very spacious and comfortable. You can relax on the veranda and enjoy some refreshing afternoon breeze. There is a BBQ facility and the kitchen is well equipped so preparing meals is a breeze. All the rooms are air conditioned. The host always responded to my queries.

BEWARE! CCTV is watching you everywhere ( and listenning?)!. In patio,in terrasse, and the outside shower? . We would have liked to know it before..from the owner or Booking. It's a lack of privacy.

The house was very clean and the housekeeper was just AMAZING!! We thank her for everything (various and délicious breakfast!!!many thx). The view is awesome and the shared swimming pool is enormous. The location is perfect near beach, markets and restaurants

House was beautifully decorated and very homie. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Mazita, the house keeper, was very sweet and accommodating. Lovely grass area to chill and enjoy the view.

We liked everything about Villa Kai!!!!

Housekeeping of the property made the stay memorable and comfortable. Mrs. Mezita, the house keeper made the difference. The location of the property is great. The beach is hardly a few steps away from the property.

The breakfast was very basic, could have done with fresh juice and fruits, There was an issue of language barrier and we had to depend on the host's friend to help with translation and helping us with activities, transport, market, shops, etc. You do not need to worry about prebooking activities, they are well connected and they can connect you to all sorts of activities eg boat rides to the Island which has several water sports, etc.

The rooms were a good size, place is very clean, with modern amenities and the host was lovely, security is tight as well

Water pressure drops from time to time. Solar lights come on and we had a challenge finding where to switch them off.
