    Fresh coconut from the house keeper.

    We didn’t like the power cuts. We lost electricity, water, internet, everything for several hours. We had no one to write to. The owners response “it’s not my fault”. I get that you cannot control a power cut, but if I’m paying to stay in a place where I am also paying for utilities: it better work or you better give me a discount. Also, the owner specifically mentioned a sauna when I booked two weeks in advance. When I got there, it was not working. He tried to say he’d removed it from the website. What’s the point of writing about the sauna in a message then? This is false advertising. Owner said we could connect at a later date about this because he was traveling. Guess what? I’m travelling too. This was supposed to be my holiday. No thanks. I’d rather stay in a hotel for this price where they have a generator and take care of things themselves.

I understand that you encountered some issues during your stay with power cuts, affecting utilities in the villa. Kindly understand that this is however beyond our control – Over and above, we do have a generator set on site and usually get it running after a 6 - 8 hour continuous power cut. As per regards to the Sauna, it is actually going under a full renovation. It had been highlighted on the website, but I understand that sometimes, this may take a while to appear on the web page. Again here, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Please trust that I always encourage guests to inform us of any concerns so we can address them promptly and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We regret that we missed the opportunity to assist you during your visit, which unfortunately led to a less-than-satisfactory overall experience. Additionally, we noticed you rated aspects related to basic categories - Staff, Cleanliness, Location, Facilities, Comfort, Value for money - from a 5 to 7.5 note . We would greatly appreciate any further feedback you may have on how we can improve in these areas. Your insights are invaluable in helping us ensure that your next stay is nothing short of a perfect 10.     Amazing location and the villa is so beautiful. Amazing villa right on the beach and we spent 3 days just relaxing outside on the benches. A view to die for. The owner is very supportive and gives all the information prior to the arrival. Zero hassles.

    Sometimes the hot water runs out but not a big headache if you wait for 10 mins.
