We thought we had a balcony. it's only the big rooms that have the balconies We managed as we sat outside near the pool, which is beautiful.

Beautiful property is nice and clean and great value for money. Nice pool, nice area on the roof top to relax. Breakfast was great value for money. Rooms are cleaned every day except Sundays.

This is a great place to stay in Flic-en-Flac. The room is clean, bed is comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. Pool is clean and great. There is big roof teracce to relax after a busy day. The sea is in walking distance. There is a big variaty of cafes in a near distance.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable, thanks to the outstanding service and proactive approach to solving any potential issues. The staff provided excellent recommendations for excursions and restaurants, making our experience even better. The team was simply fantastic—welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast was tasty, and the pool was a great addition for relaxation.

This is not a big issue at all but a small do not disturb sign would help ,as the cleaners kept coming to knock at the door and unfortunately at that time we were changing to leave for the beach and it was a bit odd.

The place was perfectly located with so many restaurants close by even the beach is a minute walk and the owners treated us well.We asked for a late checkout and they gave it to us which was appreciated. The breakfast is basic fruits ,egg,toast yogurt but was more than enough and the coffee was the best.The place was super clean and the rooftop is their best feature where you can go up relax have a drink and feel the wind.Loved every moment of this place.I would definitely go back.

Check-in time and check-out time. Almost all flights arriving from early morning and you wanna just relax in your room, but you need wait till 13:00 or pay 25 Euro (just business) same method for check-out.

Good breakfast, cleaning girls are the best. Yes, rooms are small but all what you need they have. Parking place good bonus. Terrace also good place to end your day.

Minor thing and mainly my circumstances but as a solo traveller the location was great for the day time but a little out of the main centre and when it was dark in the evening, it was not that well lit down the streets.

It could get quite hot in the rooms and with fans and aircon in the main rooms it was fine, only the bathrooms that didn't have much ventilation. Otherwise it's fine.

Staff were super friendly, and location was incredibly convenient. Close to the action, but quiet at night. The breakfast were generous and delicious every morning which we looked forward to and a lovely room.

Safety as it is at an isolated street. But close walk to Flic en Flac public beach, lovely the walks everyday during my beach stops. Breakfast was decent enough to start the day

This place is so lovely but if I had to change one thing it would be the lighting in the bedroom... softer bulbs is all that is needed... a very small complaint really.

Big thank you to Abi, Shanti, Ryan and all the rest of the staff for being so wonderfully friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast served on the verandah each.morning was plentiful and lovely and always served with big smiles. My room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The swimming pool was beautiful and set in a gorgeous, mature garden. The roof top terrace was amazing and is where I ended up each night of my stay after returning from dinner. The perfect place to chill with a glass of wine, great music playing from the sound system and lovely, ambient string lights. Perfect!
