Nice, cosy and warm setup. Staff attentive to guess. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Nice, varied buffet for dinner and excellent choice and quality for Breakfast( keep it simple it works)

Explaining of different activites offered by the hotel should be a bit more intensive

The ambience of the hotel was great. Rooms are kept clean. Staff are friendly although mostly speak French.

The hotel is not in close proximity to shopping centers.

Convenient, on the beach, adequate room and bathroom. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Live music was great, and there was a bit of a party vibe after dinner.

Food, especially for the price, is poor. Dinner buffet with tough meat and essentially only salad to accompany, is way overpriced for the quality on offer, the best part was the banana flambé. Breakfast is dreadful. Rs750 will buy an excellent meal in Mauritius, and paying that for a minimal selection of fruit and cereals, only sweetened yoghurt, dry overcooked pieces of bacon, a precooked omelette as thin as a pancake as the only egg choice, tiny hard dry croissants etc. was a big disappointment. If I stayed again I'd go elsewhere for a decent dinner and skip breakfast.

Close to good beaches and a small supermarket

Loud music close to the bedrooms on 2 of the 4 nights we stayed.

The room was spacious and the balcony was large with seating a table and pool view.

The bathroom was old and in need to renovation. The light switch was poorly placed behind a wardrobe and the controlled both the room light and the toilet light. The staff at breakfast were not cleaning tables in a timely fashion. The location had very little to do, the beach in front of the hotel is rocky and not for swimming or sun bathing.

Location is beachfront. That’s the only saving grace for this property.

Staff is very rude and unprofessional. We have request to replace the rusty kettle. They provide the same kettle back and above all making rude faces with a response that “that is all we could do”. You won’t even a get response for “Thank You”.

Cockroaches in the room are not cool. Please fumigate! The food menu needs more variety, or else 10 nights was just too long in 1 location.

It was a nice stay overall ! Nice staff specially the lady that checked out us today she was very nice and customer oriented ! The thin lady at the restaurant was so kind and make us feel so special ! The other staff was not concerned at all about us so can say much. The place is well maintained and clean . Nice pool

The breakfast is horrible . Dry bacon what was called the “scrambled eggs “ was looking at you and begging for help in this tray. Moreover the receptionist asked in a way I didn’t appreciate at all at what time we were leaving tomorrow if you do advise the checkout at 11 you should expect your guest leaving at that time . It was so unprofessional . Not to mentioned the other one of the so called receptionist of room service was available and she look at me and ask me what is Room Service ! And least but not last this rude man at the bar who told my husband “I can’t provide you with too much ice or you have to pay Rs100 for ice “ where in the world you have to pay for ice ? The spa advertised is not existent .

Saturday evenings can be noisy with live concerts- we were not informed.

The apartments and the place are okay. Breakfast: From a tropical country, you would like to get real orange juice, not from cheap syrup... Dinner is good. You can't disagree.

Personal is smiling 😃 promising, but in the end, you don't get anything what was told... 😞 2 days we tried to ask to clean our clothes and in the and we just were tired of listening of there smiles and excuses...
