    Sea view room wasn’t really a sea view - blocked by palm trees, so sea glimpses at best!

    Comfortable, clean, food cheap, staff friendly, good location for dive centre and harbour. Super sunset views from rooftop restaurant.

    The pool was closed first view days but loved the pool as soon as it opened. The wardrobe is in the bathroom where it is always more humid than in the bedroom. Seaside room means room above the road so that can be noisy with traffic from time to time. Missed a drying rack at the balcony for wet bathing suits etc.

    Nice new hotel. Good breakfast in the morning. The pool has a nice view over the ocean. Comfortable bed and spacious room with free bottles of water. Staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with over WhatsApp or at the desk.

    What a great place. Very comfy rooms. The staff is really amazing. Especially the guys that clean the rooms. They always smile and are so friendly. Special warm thank you to Pawan (धन्यवाद).     the breakfast was great, hotel was great, friendly staff but the language barrier was a little bit apparent, so communication was a bit difficult at times. great room and top quality restaurant. the pool was not as accessible as I'd hoped. overall good stay🤞

    I traveled 40 hours from Canada, eager to enjoy a relaxing vacation with my partner, only to arrive and find that my ocean-view room was not available. Since we arrived late, I didn’t bring it up with the front desk until the next morning. They assured me they would prepare a new room, so we packed up all our belongings, expecting a quick resolution. However, that was just the beginning of a frustrating experience. The promised ocean-view room kept getting delayed—first until the evening, then repeatedly throughout the next day. Multiple conversations took place via WhatsApp with the staff, yet every time we followed up, we were given another excuse or delay. By the third day, after sitting around with our repacked bags for hours, we were finally moved—but not to the ocean-view room we had booked. Instead, we were shifted from a first-floor room to a second-floor room with no sea view(see Floor 1 & 2 photos). To make matters worse, we did not receive a refund, not even an option, this new room had a dirty, foul-smelling jacuzzi that reeked of stagnant, old bathwater. The broken toilet seat did not even fit the toilet, I contacted the staff, and they promised to drain and clean it—but they never did. The odor was so unbearable that I had to keep the bathroom fan running continuously and the door shut just to stop the smell from spreading into the bedroom. On top of that, the hot tub seemed to have a mind of its own, randomly turning on and off at all hours, which was both annoying and unsettling. Throughout our stay, I have never experienced such appalling service at any hotel. Rather than being accommodating or empathetic or offer a refund for the room, the staff made me feel like an inconvenience, as if I was a burden rather than a paying guest. It’s incredibly disappointing that what was meant to be a special dive trip for my partner and me turned into such a miserable experience. This hotel was truly the worst I have ever stayed at.

    Great view of ocean, luxurious rooftop infinity pool. Rooftop restaurant and deck is great for meals with a view and sunset (faces west) mocktails. Superlative service packing us a take-away breakfast for our dive trip.
