Reviews of Beach Stone

First of all, I really liked Gulhi as an island choice because going to an island with only a resort on it and people to serve you feels weird to me-- and Gulhi, although very small, has nearly 1000 people on it. This is right on the water with a nice view just steps from the sand. The staff is really even better than the view!! The communication before you arrive is excellent-- and the staff there? Theeeee best!! As far as going to the Maldives and staying right on the water by a beautiful beach (two of the nearby islands actually boat over to the beach at Gulhi because it's gorgeous) you're not going to do better than this or more affordably.

Super clean and well maintained property. The room gets cleaned every day to a really high standard and the staff are super friendly and smiley :)

The team responded actively and were in constant communication untill we reachwd the facility. Were even able to assist with things not mentioned while booking.

Location is perfect, right next to the bikini beach and beautiful view to the sea. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was really nice and helpful.

Very minor but hand soap close to the sink and some hand towels would be a nice addition.

Very good staff and well run hotel close to the main beach and activity centre. Hotel restaurant has a good variety of meals. Recommended if you visit Gulhi Island.

Rooms are a touch tired

Staff was very very kind, room was very clean. Overall I had an exceptional experience. Very tasty breakfast, and the hotel is doing room service, so even we could have our lunch in our room.

10/10 stay we had. close to bikini beach. The staff are absolutely amazing will help you with anything. Super big and comfy bed. Would 💯 recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay at Beach Stone in Gulhi, Maldives. A special thanks to Nilam for her warm smile every day and excellent service. Her colleague Oshan also deserves praise for the room service and housekeeping that were exceptional, and the Wi-Fi network was excellent. We appreciated the water bottles provided to us regularly. The staff truly deserve a 10 out of 10 for their outstanding service to the customers. the delicious and varied breakfast should also be remarkable The hotel offers a beautiful sea view and is just a one-minute walk to the bikini beach, which has free access, available shade, and lounge chairs. We highly recommend Beach Stone for a perfect getaway!

Closets to the beach

I didn't like that they didn't warn as about there's a scammer on the beach even if they knew about him. On the raining day the ceiling is leaking and they don't have enough towels. Breakfast is very,very poor. In any case, I am very dissatisfied

The location is great, a couple of minutes walk from Bikini beach. The staff were excellent, and I appreciated them booking the speedboat to and from the island for me. Lovely touch being met at the speedboat on arrival. Thank you for your kindness!

Very kind people in hotel. They will help you with everything you want. They clean room every day ☺️. Hotel is very near the beach. Benefits is that you can order the food in your room.

The staff was very helpful and even accommodated us earlier than the official check-in time. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom included a hairdryer.

The room we were given didn't have a sea view, just a window that faced the lobby. However, I understand that at that time, no other rooms were available. Also, there was available only one towel per person.

The lady from Nepal, Nilam provided an excellent service with a smile every day. She and her colleague were very professional and customer oriented. I think she has a great future even as a manager, very inteligent. The hotel is excellent location near Bikini beach.

There was a television but there was no signal.

We had the most amazing two nights at Beach Stone. It was our fave place we stayed at in the Maldives. Nilam was so friendly and helpful. She helped us organise tours and speedboat and was very accommodating with checkin and checkout times. We will definitely be back if we come back to the Maldives!

Unforgettable experience. The team here truly made our stay special. The girl at reception and Roshan, who looked after our room, were fantastic. She was always welcoming and helpful, and together they worked seamlessly as a team to make us feel completely at home. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The personal touch they brought to their service was heartwarming, and we were genuinely sad to say goodbye to them. Our air-conditioned en suite room was spotless and had everything we could ask for, including a balcony with a sea view and incredibly easy access to the beach. The attention to detail in maintaining the room’s cleanliness and comfort was second to none. The hotel is associated with a restaurant and an excursion provider, which was handy and practical. Both services were excellent and the best in Gulhi. Beach Stone Guest House is highly recommended for anyone visiting Gulhi—wonderful people, great service, and a perfect location!
