    The staff was super friendly and always smiling and taking care of the family.

    Food was expensive.

    The cleanness of the place ,lazy river and supportive staff

    The food taste was not that good .. No sitting lounge available to enjoy the weather and drink similar to the club in grand resort ..

    The breakfast spread was excellent. There were 3 restaurants to choose for our meals. The children, ages 10 to 2 yrs, enjoyed the activities in the pool, beach, sea and kid’s club.

    we took the villa over the water with Jacuzzi. The additional room with the double decker beds was rather small especially for teenagers. The top bank had little head room. The kids club and pool operating hours were too short. We did feel shortchanged with the Dolphin sighting. We know that there’s no guarantee , but we could sense the staff were also not convinced either but they still went ahead. They QuickType walked away after we got back.

    Everything’s gorgeous, very well oriented for families, welcoming staff, epic pool and splash pad. Bunk beds in the ‘mirage’ rooms are in a separate room with a door to separate the kids from the adults which was great. Kids room designed to be easily blacked out with only small windows. Kids room on a separate ac so can be different temp to adults. Travel cot was provided even though it says it isn’t. Lazy river was also amazing. Kids plates and cups provided at every meal.

    Only small things, but kids menu was pretty limited & the kids food was made pretty salty. Kids club was amazing for older kids but not much for my 1 year old to do (loads of toys but nothing she was that enthused by). Mega climbing frame structure but not much to play on (?) no swings, no see saw etc, and that was not shaded so was too hot most of the day to play on it.

    New hotel. Excellent amenities. Perfect staff. Always wishing to serve you the best way possible. No doubt we will come back. Bravo to all this great and young team.

    Service at the Thai rest is great but a little bit slow.

    This place is brand new so everything was immaculate. It’s only a 4* apparently but it was better than any 5* service I’ve ever had, the staff were amazing and the food at all the restaurants was also amazing

    What a fantastic resort! The most amazing people work there, we were made to feel welcome at all times. The staff, amenities, beauty of the island, food - all was great! Special thanks to Asvan from housekeeping, Ziri, Sila, Dianne and Ayu from the Spa, Kishan and Alessio (the chefs), and Amal from Acqua restaurant for making our stay unforgettable. The food was always top quality and so many vegan options to choose from. They treated us like royalties at all times, and were the most lovely human beings, but to be fair all staff on the island were awesome!I already can't wait to go back! Thank you so much!
