United KingdomRoom fittings were tired with plugs hanging off of wall and broken window latches. Noisy as a main road ran directly in front of building.
A clean room that was good for a day in advance of flight home. Early check-in was welcome. Thankfully we didn't have to stay overnight.

United StatesI really should let them have it. They put me right above the lobby. Their workers sleep there on the couch. So noisy. On speakerphone alot. Got calls in the middle of the night. No tv reception, hot water, shuttle or breakfast. Unbelievable car and scooter noise 247/7! Not helped by 4 of windows being incapable of closing or warped. No soap. Elevator dinged loudly. No bulbs in half the lights. Safe didn't work. Told them about it. No one fixed it. Outlet hanging from socket. Shades a little thin. Sea plane noise. And to top it off at 1pm on final night, they started doing construction. Seems like an afterthought to the owners. Not really run professionally.
The room looked ok. Only some ants. Wifi was a bit slow. Mattress was firm. Clean. Ac was good. Plumbing flushed. Free water.

MalaysiaShower gel & shampoo are not provided. Toilet cover is falling over as only one screw holding it? And also, toilet seat is very dirty. Bedsheet has small stains. Cup, spoon and water kettle provided but no tea and coffee. And most importantly, the water is rusty. I had to brush my teeth and washed myself with drinking water 😟 I believe no one used the room or let the water run at least.

friendly staff, but the rooms not up to the standard. Per day they charge quite high, but the facilities were not there. Hot water, soap, shampoo, all not there. Water coming from the tap too slow.

Maldivesshower gel and Shampoo was provided on request only. no tea or coffee in the room. iron was send on request but have to separately request for adapter and no iron board made it very difficult. Bathroom was nice but since there is no stickers on windows at bathroom, other buildings nearby can see you shower if there is anyone due to that privacy was not good

MaldivesI do travel often I do fully understand and know what I need to be expected of the hotel yet the basic was not met cleanliness’s was poor bedsheets had major stains on it, hot water was not there at all the electric sockets was broken cannot use and it’s not safe if somone try to use it will cause problems as the sockets was in bad condition however the the reciption staff was very nice helpful I think it’s not the staff problem majorly I think the building and the place location is perfect just needs to be monitored on the items and yes the Muslim shower in the tolite water pressure was very very low Muslim shower pipe had a issue it was a very old one

Broken taps, no toiletries, first room no shower just dirty mouldy bath, next room as asked to change, had shower that was running brown water. Window broken so couldn’t closed, first room AC plug was out with wires hanging but some how still turned on, next room.. wires in wall but hardly worked. Worst place ever stayed.

And also the door in the balcony lock was broken when we checked in and and when we even reported they didn’t even bother to change our room Only two bangldesh staff works there an they barely understand english Moreover the owners phone is always off Booking.com number is off Google contact number is also off

Just a kettle was in the room. But i stayed in the highest room type. I recommend not to trust them and waste your money. The guy at the reception is very rude.

MaldivesCharged me 24 dollars extra than the listed price, (after taxes and service charge). Booking wasn't clear to the reception. I had stayed in this property before, but with the new management nothing was organized and properly attended to. Water Supply in the bath had rust in the tubes. Towels weren't provided or any other bath amenities. Sat TV doesn't work, and there was no minibar, and water bottles in the room. Room had an odd smell, and was dusty. Very disappointing, No longer recommend this hotel.

IndiaAccording to some staffs hotel is closed ( maybe they don't wanna take a guest ) . once I reached it was around 4:150m checkin time- 2:00 pm) there was no one at reception, I waited for some time and than called to the hotel phone which was ringing in front of my eyes but no one to receive than I went and sone guy from neighbour hotel came and asked me to sit in their lobby and mention hotel is closed . Than I asked what should I do so one of the housekeeping guy from the contents retreat told me that hotel is closed though he will make a room for me but which will take time. ( 40-45 minutes) while It was little weird for me because he only mentioned hotel is closed because of management change and all. so I plan to book other hotel but than I get a message on booking.com from hotel that don't make fake booking else they will complain police and immigration which is okay but on telling whole story he said I m liar I never went hotel, I send him empty reception pictures than he said I should have gone to lobby of other hotel ( how would I know ) and in short he asked me to cancel booking, and which I didn't do because I had to pay cancellation charge but still he insisted me to cancel when I tried to say it's his mistake he said I should have waited in lobby only for someone (for how much time ) and send messages that I m cheap and loser . Worst hospitality ever one can experience. there are lots of hotel go for other also some more comments I saw that quest said hotel is closed maybe because they don't wanna work. like for really ( they didn’t even apologise for once instead kept blaming me ) it’s seemed definitely they have issues with management and want to harm reputation of the property.
