How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewVery helpfull personel, nice part od the beach, although there was obviously a storm recently, so the beachfront is damaged. The on-site store is well stocked and their resturant is good compared to others on the Island. Also their beach is very private, and you can also find shade under the palmtrees through the whole day.

Our stay was a total disappointment at all levels: 1- We have booked 2 seaview rooms since 3 months, once arrived after 7 hours flight, and 1 hour boat, the manager says that they did mistake and there is only one seaview room the other one will have the "city" view. Believe it or not, he says "I can offer you an extra bed for free and a dinner, take it or cancel the booking and find another hotel" !!!!! Totally irresponsible !!! Never seen this in more than 20 years in booking .. 2 - This is NOT a 4 starts hotel impossible 3 - They have two locations PAY attention: one well maintained for the villa (rooms on ground floor), the other one at around 500 meters with no dirty place, plastic tables and chairs and 4 beach chairs for all guests (check the pictures) 4 - All the other hotels nearby were on a perfect condition, with clean beachs and plenty of beach chairs ..

Verified reviewWe had a beach villa which was located directly on the beach. It had a great view with the palm trees and the ocean. They made fresh omelette for breakfast. The whole staff was super kind, they even gave a gift to our son upon arrival and when we left as well. They also help us getting to the island and getting back to the airport. Outdoor breakfast area is amazing!!!
Breakfast was quite boring for 10 days, Sortiment was poor and they offered the same type of food every second day. They served only instant coffee that you can make for yourself with hot water. For this amount of money I would accept better service for breakfast. Bathroom is outdated and a bit stinky.

I’m really sorry i have to say this, but the property needs urgent improvements. The pictures from booking were taken when the hotel was new i suppose, but meanwhile the bathroom especially is awful(see pictures below). The breakfast it’s extremly poor, and the restaurant menu aswell. A real coffe machine would be quite necessary to have, most of us don’t drink instant coffe. Also, during our stay for 7 nights there, they did not clean the room once, or change the bed sheets or towels. This hotel has huge potential, but the owner should invest a little bit in it.
