From the moment I arrived I felt safe and secure,I was welcomed with smiles and orientated to my environment. My room was large, with clean+thick linen which was changed during my stay. I really liked the open area outside my room,a comfy couch and books on the side table,also a fridge. Breakfast was simple and delicious,sitting in the downstairs area amongst the plants and coconut tree, a lovely way to start my morning. A short walk to bikini beach and the cafes,I really enjoyed my experience at Daisy Cottage.

However, the employee, name MD. Biplop, said that the canoeing was free and still asked for money on departure. Biplop was disrespectful because even though I said I had a fiancé, he kept saying he would give me a free massage. He did not understand that I did not need it. When I was alone in the guest house, he tried to convince me to get a free massage.

The guest house is very nice and clean. The owner of the guest house is helpful.

The bathroom had some weird funky smell but they did provide some moth balls and spray air freshener to lessen the effect even when we didn’t ask.

Shaamyn had been the most graceful and helpful host ever! He was very helpful, responsive and even organized a night fishing excursion for us on his boat and even help us prepared the fish and grilled it. They do housekeeping for our rooms and change new towels for us every day. Breakfast was simple but delicious and they specifically catered to our schedule for breakfast. We can even eat at the nearby restaurants and charge it to our tab which we paid back to Shaamyn before we left. Shaamyn even offered to exchange to the local currency with very reasonable rates. The venue is very near to the Bikini Beach (within 2-3 minutes walk). The island itself is pretty small and can be covered within 20-30 minutes. The sandy beach is very fine and clean. If you are looking for privacy and less touristy island, then this place is highly recommended.

Location close to bikini beach and restaurants, home cooked dinner at the cottage was delicious, the room and all other areas were clean, breakfast was nice and outside, which we liked a lot. communication with owner was good + many activities to choose from (excursions manta, turtles, whalesharks, fishing etc.), I love the manta. Free snorkel gear + beach towels for our entire stay and very nicely kept garden area around the cottage. dhangheti is a small and beautiful island, friendly locals. We had a great time.

The yard is beautiful, with lots of green plants and a beautiful big parrot. The room is comfortable, too. We also used their kitchen, which was very convenient. The landlord and his father are very warm and kind. Living here is like living at home. We get along very well. There are also many sea play projects, because the homeowner Shaameen has direct motorboats and speedboats, it is very convenient to go to sea to play. The bikini beach next to it is very beautiful and fun. We go swimming and snorkeling every day, which is very convenient.

The guest owner Shaameen is a sunny and handsome boy, he will provide you with a lot of travel advice, he is very responsible, enthusiastic, has his own sea motor boat and speedboat. Dusk fishing, manta rays, dolphins, nurse sharks and turtles... Make every day on the island full. Their guest is also very beautiful and comfortable, right by the sea, very close to Bikini Beach. A variety of snorkeling gear is also provided free of charge. It was a wonderful stay.

Nothing really.

The host and his family were amazing, handing out packed breakfast at 6am before diving. We had a health emergency, and the host was very supportive, he called the ambulance, visited our friend in hospital and even bought the prescription. Rooms were clean and modern, the cottage is quiet and nice.

Staying at Daisy Cottage was very pleasent and would highly recomend it at anytime and to anyone. On our wish they have organized an excelent surprise birthday dinner on the beach for us. They also have a brand new boat for excursions. We took a trip to see mantas and it was unforgetable since we were able to swim with them. We also took a trip to sand bank and Shaamyn took a drone photos and movies of everyone of us - he is a real expert:) They also have the sweetest parrot that is always somewhere around the house.

All was good

The staff will do anything to make your stay pleasant. Comfortable and big bed, spacious room and washroom. Everything very clean. They have anything you might need in the island (water stuff) and they provide amazing and affordable activities. Good for any type of travellers (including kids). I definitely recommend it!

We honestly can't fault this place!

Exceptional staff service!! I wish we could have stayed longer! Above and beyond what we were expecting, these guys will do their very best to make sure you have a comfortable stay. They all clearly love the hotel and having guests, and our chef Fareed always put 100% into making our breakfast. He was so lovely! He even helped us do some laundry in the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable and Shaamyn was even honest enough to warn us about nearby building works before we booked, but it didnt disturb us at all! Shaamyn organised some amazing excursions and for a reasonable price. Having a small group and boat means you are a lot quicker than other massive boats of tourists, which is a huge advantage! We were lucky enough to see both mantas and a whale shark - my only comment would be if you are running excursions you should always talk about keeping distance from the sharks, not touching etc. so we can keep protecting this amazing wildlife ☺️ Thank you so much for a memorable and special stay, I'm sure we will be back one day in the future! @tothemoonandbackpackers
