United KingdomSome extra benefits for who are staying at the overwater deluxe villas would be welcomed. Improve the WiFi reliability. Some extra options when it comes to snacks during the day (smoothies, juices and food) - I would improve the bar so that more options are available to purchase. Some extra options when it comes to gluten free.
Staff was great. This hotel is truly niche and it allows you to enjoy an intimate stay while benefitting from an eco sustainable resort. The over water villas, especially the deluxe, are magical. Food and hospitality staff is top quality with so many options. Phenomenal cleaning

United KingdomThe local island trip was uninspiring
My partner and I visited Gangehi for a week and we had a wonderful stay at the resort. We went scuba diving, snorkelling and canoeing around the island and did plenty of lounging around too! The staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was varied and delicious and the island is a stunning tropical paradise. The diving around the island is also brilliant with so many large fish to see like mantas and sharks. We will definitely be back to explore more of the local dive sights and sea creatures and chill out again at Gangehi in the future.

Czech RepublicA wonderful resort on a beautiful island. We stayed in the Deluxe Overwater Villa, which was luxuriously furnished and equipped. The entrance directly from the terrace to the water was amazing. They cleaned twice every day and refilled the water bottles in the morning. They cook excellently in the restaurant. A large selection of local and Italian cuisine at dinner. Also fish every day. The kitchen staff also took care of our gluten-free diet - they baked gluten-free bread and pastries and prepared gluten-free pasta. Free water served at dinner. Beautiful sandy beaches with a coral reef with fish, turtles and reef sharks. Attentive staff. We recommend it to everyone.

United Arab EmiratesResort is not clean at all, sticky floor, dirty plate and cups also the bathroom was so dirty and the toilet paper was so dirty, everything you request you have to pay for it even the water if you request for more you have to pay, even the first aid we pay for it 😀. there is no any other option for the food, you only have to eat the resort food, bring your snacks with you if you are planning to stay with them, and don’t take the speed boat it will take around 3 hours not 1:45 as they told us and it wasn’t safe at all. Take the seaplane.
Staff were good, nice view, i like the activity there, you can request a jet ski and other sea activities but a little expensive, you can go to another local island but its more expensive 40$++ each person and its not worth it tbh because it is quite no activities and only three shops. Spa lady was so good, and also the reception were so helpful.

United StatesThe clean-up could have been better. The dirty dishes that we used for room service such as wine glasses and plates were not picked up from our room at all for the entire duration of our stay. The bathroom faucets were also dirty and sticky - could use some TLC.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The front staff assisted us schedule a seaplane for our departure, and coordinated with the provider to ensure we arrived to the airport on time, and that we maximized our stay at the resort without worrying about transportation or long wait at the airport. The restaurant and bar staff that we interacted with were very friendly and professional too. They offered us top notch service, made us feel welcome, and our stay memorable. We hope to visit again next year.

United StatesWe had a half board (breakfast and dinner) however it excluded water! A basic need We could only purchase water bottles which they brought with the bill while we were eating! I told them, I will sign at the end of my meal (I won't run away from an island in the middle of the Indian ocean for $5/bottle) The manager did step in and offered water (filtered) pitchers afterwards Internet was poor and choppy Buffet was limited at breakfast and dinner (not anything special) A lot of rules regarding the room (the staff was upset because there were a few pebbles of sand on the floors, told them that we are on an island and there will be some sand!)
Manager Georgio was very pleasant and accommodating the island is superb with a nice stretch of sand bar to walk along the villas on the water were very convenient as you could just walk down into the water the entertainment was nice (Karaoke night, fashion night and bingo/tombola night) the aquatic scenery was beautiful including black tip sharks, and hundreds of colorful fish
