NetherlandsYou get a warm welcome when you arrive with a welcome smoothie. Mia is the best manager ever. I got an allergic reaction for shellfish and they were willing to go to the clinic with us. Bit first they brought me some hot milk with another glass which helped, so no more visit to the clinic needed. We got a late check out for one of the rooms for free without asking for it. The hotel offers different excursions. Mia will help you with everything. The breakfast buffet changes every day a bit and the menu for lunch and dinner is great. It was a great stay.

Beautiful location with nightly visits from stingrays and black-tipped reef sharks. Friendly staff that help with whatever you need. They have a good menu which is delicious. The trips we did from the hotel were great. The rooms were comfy with everything we needed.

United KingdomWe loved our time at Heron Beach, the staff were really friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and well equipped and the views were amazing! There was also Netflix in the room which was a little added bonus. The snorkelling tours were really well organised too and when the weather was bad they gave us the opportunity to reschedule free of charge. Watching the stingrays from your dining table was simply the best thing ever!!! Marked down by 1 as there was no plug socket by the dressing table and the plug sockets by the bed were too close to the built in tables to actually plug anything in! The menu in the restaurant was also very limited during our time here, they didn’t have a lot of items available, you could also order the same thing twice and it be completely different each time (although still yummy)
