Hudhufas Villa is truly a home away from home. The outside areas are beautiful and really looked after, the room is spotless and the bathroom is functional. But the best part is the host, Shifau. He helped us with anything we needed, at any time. Breakfast was really good, served hot at our convenience. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking somewhere to stay in Thoddoo. It is also very well located, in the centre of the island close to everything. Thanks again for everything!!

Not a dislike, but a suggestion. A couple wall hangers would be a nice improvement to the room. Other than that, can’t think of anything to be improved!

Everything was perfect, from the owner who is very kind, breakfast, accommodation, a star should be awarded for this house as a hotel... You have free drinking water, coffee.... Really perfect,calm and clean with special vibe and beautiful garden

We had a great time. The host helped us with everything we needed: bicycles, life jackets, snorkel masks, and even booked the speed boat for us. The garden is beautiful. The breakfast is very diverse—you can choose from three types, and they prepare it for you.

The only inconvenience is that it’s close to the mosque, so if you’re a light sleeper, it might bother you since you can hear it for about 5-10 minutes at 2am

I had an incredible stay at Hudhufas Villa. The accommodation was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony that overlooked a beautiful garden. You can tell the owner really cares about the details, from the comfortable amenities to the thoughtful touches throughout the villa. It truly made our vacation even better. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained, and welcoming spot in the Thoddoo!

Our experience in Hudhufas has been amazing. Shifau has been a great host for us: always caring that everything is fine and giving us really good advices. The bed is incredibly confortable and the maldivisn breakfasts id really good. Overall we have had a reaqlly good experience in Toddhoo Island and in part is thanks to our stay in Hudhufas Villa.

We’re so glad we chose Hudhufas Villa for our stay in Thoddoo. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures—spacious, cozy, and clean rooms, with a super comfy bed! What really adds a nice touch to this place is its owner. He is friendly, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. For example, we had an early tour one day, and he prepared breakfast for us at 6:30 AM, which many wouldn’t do. The checkout process is also very convenient; with the speedboat leaving the island at 1 PM, you can check out at 12:30 PM and still enjoy your last day with access to your room until you depart. The breakfast is great! You get fresh fruits every day and can choose from three different options. We really liked the Maldivian breakfast, it’s a must try if you visit! You’ll also find Nutella, jam, and peanut butter available every day, which was a nice touch. Additionally, you can rent bicycles at the place which is really convenient. The island is quite large, so having bikes makes getting around much easier.

The apartment is located a 15-min walk from a beautiful sunset beach. The Maldivian breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was clean and in good condition.

Showerhead’s water pressure could be improved

Very nice place, clean, new mattress, comfy, very nice ground terrace, floor terrace, even small balcony for my smoking habit. Very good Maldivian breakfast, continental and english, always fresh fruit on the table, coffee as much as you want, tee, water, juice. No complaints, pleasant owner, fixed everything I wanted for my personal needs. Snorkeling gear, even bicycles if you want.

We spent a lot of time deciding where to stay on Thoddoo, and we're so glad we chose this place! The villa is comfortable, cozy, and impeccably clean. There are shared spaces where you can relax, enjoy tea or coffee, and we especially loved the balcony. Water, tea, and coffee are always available. Daily cleaning service was a big plus, making it a pleasure to return to a spotless room after the beach. For breakfast, you can choose from three delicious options, and the villa's owner personally checks each day to see what you prefer. You can also arrange for dinner, which is another convenient option. One more bonus is the cool Seli Poeli café nearby, which became our favorite spot for lunch. The villa is just a short 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

The hosts tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were very satisfied with the room, the common living room, access to the kitchen. In the room there is a hair dryer, a box for valuables, bottles of daily drinking water, bath and beach towels. Breakfast at your choice of local, continental or English.

I fit here, but not as minus the distance to the beach of about 10 minutes. But the road is pleasant next to houses, people's gardens and on the palm-lined avenue.

We had a fantastic stay at Hudhufas. It's my second time staying here. 👍👍👍: - the owner is very kind, tactful, and accommodating. When I couldn't make it in time for the boat on the arrival day, he stayed in touch all the time til I settled into a hotel. When we were leaving, he gave us a whole papaya for the road. - everything is well organized: the pick up from the airport all the way to the villa, you are always taken care of by a competent team. - amazingly cozy rooms and common areas, we felt like it's own own place. - delicious freshly cooked breakfast - good facilities (Aircon, power outlets, ceiling fan, fridge...) - beautiful breakfast area, back garden full of plants, fish pond with lots of goldfish. - safe, quiet, private, relaxing

A great place for a long stay on Thoddoo. Here are some of the pros of Hudhufas Villa: - Excellent location: 5 min’ walk to the sunrise beach, 10-15 min to the sunset beach. Most shops and restaurants are within 1-8 min. - Nice, bright, and clean rooms. Special mention for the comfortable mattresses and pillows, as well as the quiet night mode of the air conditioner (which is not always the case). - Daily cleaning and regular linen changes. - The villa itself is very pleasant, with a garden full of various plants, common areas both indoors and outdoors (on the first floor and on the terrace). It's worth noting that the guesthouse has only four rooms, so it won’t be crowded. - Convenient facilities for preparing meals: in addition to small refrigerators in the rooms, there is a large shared refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a stove, and all necessary tableware. - We had a stay with breakfast included - and it was hearty and delicious. Three breakfast options, all very tasty. There are always some fruits available at the breakfast. - The villa has four bicycles available for use. - Many thanks to the owner, Shifau, who always was very nice and helpful, and fully dedicated to his work.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hodhufas Villa on Thoddoo Island in the Maldives. The villa is perfectly located in the heart of the island, close to shops and wonderful dining spots, including a restaurant run by a fellow Slovenian. The accommodation is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, offering a remarkably rich and delicious breakfast every morning. Thoddoo Island itself is a fascinating destination with stunning beaches that are perfect for relaxation and exploration. The owner of Hodhufas Villa is incredibly hospitable and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect, whether it’s organizing excursions, providing local recommendations, or arranging transportation. I highly recommend this accommodation for an unforgettable stay. You won't be disappointed.

This is exactly the type of accommodation that will be remembered for life because it has that perfect mix of beauty, comfort and hospitality. At the center of it all is the host Shifau. He's super kind and welcoming and sooo laid back. You will immediately slow down and relax like never before. The day starts with a breakfast of your choice - we opted for Maldivian every day and the mas huni (prepared by Shifau's mother) was so tasty and nutritious that you forget about being hungry for the rest of the day. The room is large with good air-con (we appreciated the low-noise mode at night). The bed is comfortable and perfect after a whole day at the beach snorkeling. The garden surrounding the villa is fantastic and there is also a terrace upstairs to relax in the evening. Imho location is also great, as it's close to the western beautiful side of the island and you can easily reach the 2 bikini beaches through lush plantations and coconut groves. We initially thought bicycles are needed (and Shifau can organize some for you), but in the end we walked everywhere because that's so enjoyable as there is always something to observe. We also opted for one dinner at the beach. Shifau and his team can organize it for you and we thought it's a magical experience: you will enjoy good food, barefoot, while watching the sun go down.

Great host and staff, wonderful maldivian breakfast and located exactly between the two bikini beaches. We loved staying here!

The bed and the pillows were the best and comfiest that we had in the all Maldives. The property it’s exactly as they shown in the photos. Everything clean and tidy. You have also a nice terrace to practice yoga or to read a book and chill after a sunny and hot day at the beach. They welcomed you with fresh coconuts wich is a really nice gesture. The breakfast was so complete. Different options to choose plus a lot of spreads, fruits, coffee, tea and a fresh juice of the day. They also have the filter for the water at the reception wich is really good to fill your bottles all the time. The owner of the place was really present, and welcoming us so good. They pick u up for the port when you arrive and also when you leave. Don’t hesitate to be in touch with them to arrange the transfers between the islands if you need it. Also, absolutely recommend to rent a bike to explore the island.

We felt very welcome and at home. Host was very personal with us and made sure we felt good at all times. He also arranged speedboat transfer for us and another private transfer that we needed to go between islands. Guesthouse was clean and well maintaned, with a colorful garden in front.
