Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsThe island is under construction because a lot of sand washed away, therefore the tourist 'bikini'beach is not in use at the moment and there are sometimes large machines working at the beaches.
The owners were super friendly. Food was very good, they accommodated an early departure on our last day. Booked a day trip to manta point and shark point, to which they took us with their own private boat. Perfect! Lunch was possible on the nearby beach. Very good to be able to go to the jetty with the stingrays before all the tours arrive.

CanadaThe facilities were a bit basic but that is expected at a local island. The value was amazing. Would definitely return.
Excellent value for the money for $70 usd/night. It included breakfast and dinner. Dinner was delicious every night; the Maldivian lobster is a must try. The excursions were great and reasonably priced. The location was fabulous. We did the whale shark snorkeling and it was amazing. Also planned to do fishing but timing didn’t allow for it. The brothers are very hospitable. Room was clean and the brothers made themselves available throughout. Even arranged for private transfer on our way out and joined us on the boat. Amazing time.

SwedenMe and my girlfriend traveled to the Maldives and stayed here as the first trip with our baby daughter. We couldn't have chosen a better place. The brothers running this place are amazing hosts that did everything for us to have a pleasant stay. - Coordinated the service from the airport with great help - Made us switch room if we wished - Made special portions for our baby with fruits and vegetables cut in small pieces - Great organization with tours for both fishing, turtle snorkeling and shark point. We have traveled to more than 30 countries but this was by far the best service we have ever had in any of our stays (5 stars or not...) All our praise to the brothers, who we now consider friends rather than staff.

United Kingdomwe felt like there wasn’t much effort made towards us, hardly any communication was made, didn’t feel very welcome there, didn’t enjoy the scheduled meals as it makes their lives easier but our holiday not as enjoyable, had something planned through them for our last night but got let down as they forgot, could have all been easily avoided
It was right by bikini beach, sun beds were free to use, evening meals every night were delicious and great selection, free transfer too and from the ferry jetty, our room was very spacious, free tea, coffee and water and beds were comfy and clean
