It a not so close to breakfast hotels and the bikini beach. You should travel much for eating and beach. The pool we never used. The accommodation furnitures should change..

The breakfast was in Kaani Grand so we needed to go every morning there.

staff are not professional enough, the receptionist was too arrogant and not professional, the place is hub for all workers gathering because of staff buffet is directly front of room, which made room too noisy and not comfortable to open window freely. I think the point which made me change my stay to another hotel was staff more than anything else

Had difficulties after reservation, couldn't contact reservation staff and the contact number we got through other sources also gave another number and that number also no respond.. but the number we got after was one front desk staff number and he was very helpful.. his kindness changed all the frustration we had earlier with the reservation

Accommodation was simply furnished, but clean. The beds were very good. We had breakfast and dinner in the main building, which was about 100m away from our accommodation, but we had no problem with that. Breakfast and dinner were good, a choice of several dishes. The staff was nice, especially the guys at the main reception were welcoming and always willing to help.

Ground floor rooms

Kaani Village and Spa is a nice place - good value for money -however- the ground floors rooms are a total disaster- extremely smelly - like mold- probably from the pool vicinity. Disappointing was the fact that the staff doesn’t admit it and had to get into an argument in order to get the rooms changed

The Wi-Fi Connectivity in Kaani Village can be improved. It is very good in Kaani Palm though.

The room was very beautiful and comfortable. The staff is available to answer your demand and give you information. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were very good also. Special thanks to Magic for his assistance all over our stay and the reef shark team for the beautiful excursion.

The breakfast options were limited and the breakfast timing. Buffet closes at 9:30. and we had to walk all the way to another Kaani property for breakfast. And the TV channels didn’t work.

Property was very peaceful, there weren’t a lot of people so we had a lot of privacy, the pool is great and its available until 7:30 PM so it was nice. There is a billiard table and nice relaxing area to read too. The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. Property is also very responsive to messages which we really appreciated. This was the only family room available at that time so we booked it. We liked that its big enough to accommodate 3 adults and 1 kid but compared to the rest of the Kaani properties this one is probably the only one that didnt have a nice view since its not near the beach. Still worth the price.

we booked the hotel because of the pool but wasn’t available due some work in the pool and we weren’t informed by the time that we booked it. In our opinion, of there is something like that which could affect in the staying of the guest,they should at least to inform to the clients and the clients decide if they wanna stay or not,because some people book hotels with pool paying more money for to have the pool available,at least,they should consider it or to offer something else to compensate it

The location was a bit inside and the restaurant of hotel was not in operation.
