Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. Para obtener la puntuación general que te mostramos, sumamos las puntuaciones de los comentarios que hemos recibido y dividimos el total por el número de puntuaciones de los comentarios que hemos recibido. Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.
Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.

Para garantizar que los comentarios son relevantes, solo aceptamos los que se envían en los tres meses siguientes al check-out, y solemos dejar de mostrarlos si tienen más de 36 meses o si el Alojamiento cambia de propietario.
El Alojamiento puede decidir si responder o no a los comentarios.
Cuando haya varios comentarios, aparecerán en primer lugar los más recientes, aunque también se tienen en cuenta otros factores: el idioma del comentario, si solo contiene una valoración, si también contiene una reseña escrita, etc. Si quieres, puedes ordenar los comentarios o filtrarlos (por momento del año, puntuación de los comentarios, etc.).

El servicio es increíble: desde el primer momento el personal estuvo pendiente de cada detalle, siempre atentos y con una sonrisa, haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Se nota el cariño y la dedicación con la que trabajan, y eso marca la diferencia. Todo lo que tenemos son palabras de agradecimiento por la atención recibida. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveremos y que recomendamos al 100%.

Comentario auténticoEl personal es muy atento, la habitacion es grande y comoda, el hotel queda a uno 5 minutos de la playa y cerca de varios restaurantes, el último dia nos dieron el desayuno super temprano por que tomábamos el ferri de las 7 am. Muy buen gesto!!

Nos vinieron a recoger donde te deja el barco del aeropuerto y nos llevaron las maletas hasta el hotel, que está a mitad de la calle principal, muy cerca de todo. Lo lleva una familia y son muy amables, nada más llegar nos dieron mucha información sobre la isla y sobre las actividades que se pueden hacer! Dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesites. Tienen su propia empresa de excursiones, Gaadi Tours, que os recomendamos pedirles que os envíen información sobre estas excursiones para organizaros, son muy profesionales y nos grabaron vídeos increíbles mientras hacíamos snorkel al lado de las mantas. El desayuno muy rico y abundante. Para la vuelta, nos ayudaron a reservar el barco que te lleva al aeropuerto y nos acompañaron de nuevo hasta allí. Fueron unos días increíbles en Guraidhoo!

El trato es inmejorable; todos son muy amables y atentos , a pesar de que nosotras no hablamos inglés a la perfección nos comunicamos sin ningún problema . Comentario auténticoEl hotelito en si, pequeñito pocas habitaciones respetando y manteniendo el equilibrio de la isla. Por desgracia han construido hoteles de más de 6 plantas. las habitaciones dan a un pequeño patio muy cuidado con palmeras hay ducha a la entrada para quitarte la arena.. super tranquilo. El personal muy pendiente de todo, puedes contratar con ellos las excursiones

Comentario auténticoTodo genial! Nos encantó la estancia en Konut by Thakuru, los chicos que lo llevan son super amables y sin duda el día que volvamos a Guraidhoo nos volveremos a hospedar aquí! Habitación bien amueblada, grande y limpia. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, además van variando cada día. También hicimos las excursiones con ellos y de 10!!! Thanks for everything Konut family! Son una familia muy cercana que estan muy pendientes de los huespedes para hacerte sentir uno mas de la familia, solo tengo palabras positivas sobre nuestra estancia, las actividades que ofrecen son una pasada y te lo pasas en grande con Gaadi! Y la comida local super rica! Sé seguro que nos volveremos a ver Anees, hasta pronto!!!

Comentario auténticoSimplemente INCREÍBLE! KBT es sin duda el mejor sitio en el que hemos estado alojados. Aroo y Gaadi se implicaron al 100% para ofrecernos la mejor experiencia posible y sin duda alguna lo consiguieron! Las habitaciones están fenomenal y cocinan de muerte! Pedidles que os hagan barbacoa de pescado, os pueden hasta llevar a pescar con ellos! También ofrecen excursiones de snorkel, nosotros vimos de todo! Delfines, mantas, rayas, tortugas y hasta nadamos con tiburones! Tienen GoPros y un dron, así que se encargaron de inmortalizar todo ❤️ Nos trataron como si fuéramos familia, sin duda alguna dejamos allí un trocito de nuestro corazón. MUCHÍSIMAS GRACIAS A TODO EL EQUIPO!!!! Súper recomendable, volveremos pronto!

Comentario auténticoArooza se molestó mucho en cambiarnos a habitaciones mejores en cuanto estuvieron disponibles. Ha sido muy amable siempre y nos ha ayudado en todo lo que ha podido, cambiando desayunos, recomendando restaurantes... Y parte de tan buena estancia en Guraidhoo ha sido gracias a ella :)
Creemos que mejoraría todavía más si se limpiasen un poco las habitaciones, aunque fuese cada dos días. Además, cenamos allí el último día como despedida y fue la cena más cara de toda la estancia en Maldivas.
