The property was very clean. The host is very accommodating and the staff there are really friendly. They have multiple excursions and watersports activies available. Their restaurant serves delicious food and the have a variety of options available dor breakfast lunch and dinner.

Big Thanks to Razan and all his staff for a great stay at Noah Beach House . My wife and I had both been to the Maldives many years ago and were keen to return. The location was great with Bikini Beach close by (great for swimming, snorkeling and just relaxing) and just a short walk through the village to the local surf break. Male , the capital; is only a short boat ride away and easy to access. You will find that Razan is a great host and really good at communicating prior to your visit. All his staff are friendly and offer a lot of support and advice. ( try learning some Dhivehi with them... Haalu kihineh. ). A big hello to Shereen . the Executive Chef who brought us some loverly Jambu. Note the water supply in these islands is often a bore supply which can occasionally have a little odor.... these are local village island and not $1000 per night resorts). Bore water sometimes smells due to the presence of hydrogen sulfide gas, which is a naturally occurring gas in groundwater, the levels in bore water are typically low. As a Public Health officer, I'd just like to say, it's fine to shower in and you don't even notice it once you're out of the shower, ( drinking would not be advised , used the bottled water as everybody else does in the tropics) .

The staff was amazing! Even though they had a hard time due to a storm and subsequent flooding on the island, they were always super helpful, friendly, positive, and found solutions for us to be comfortable. Our room had an amazing ocean view and was very spacious with lots of light. Thanks a lot, we had a great time!

Noah guest house is located on the beach with a private area of the beach. It's only a 5-minute walk from the harbour square where boats and ferries arrive and depart and all the restaurants are located. The staff was helpful and attentive and tried to help if any issues had arisen. Guest house provides drinking water and always happy to refill your bottles. The whole building is very clean. The room is good size with large bed, small fridge and aircon. We booked a room with the town view. We have got a room on the last 4th floor. There was a nice communal balcony with a settee, which we enjoyed very much. There, we also dried our snorkelling gear. For us, it was not an issue to go up 4 floors, but if you have mobility issues, note that there is no lift.

Very nice hotel, perfect location to access the bikini beach. Family run, all the staff very helpful. Basic breakfast but good as well. Ideally located to go to the Airport and Male, it takes 15 minutes by boat. Staff happy to help with the arrangements.

Noah’s beach house is everything you need in Himmafushi. The staff very kindly upgraded me to the deluxe, top floor, Seaview room with double balcony and it was stunning! The staff are very kind and helpful, the Maldivian breakfast is superb here as well with many non-guests coming for the food. The location is great, just in front of the bikini beach and activity centre. I came to relax for a few days after a big diving trip and it was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much to everyone

We were there for few days. There are two best things about this place: location right beside bikini beach and people. Stuff and owner were very friendly and helpful, especially with transfers from/to airport. We were very happy to stay there. Place is close to perfect only problem was cold water and same breakfasts (but for few days its not so bad). Reef is amazing with plenty of various creatures like sharks, eels, mantas, parrot fish. We definitely recommend to visit. An additional advantage is a large new playground in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. If we ever visit the Maldives again we will definitely stay here

I don’t have any negative remarks

The location is top, direct on the beach and close to the village center and port. Nice small beach where you can snorkel. Great team of people who work in the hotel. Excursions: we did snorkel and fishing! I would do more but we stayed only 2 nights.

Everything was good. It would have been better to have a private balcony on 4th floor but even though it was available to others, it was not used while I wanted to use it. It felt like a private balcony.

Staff were extremely helpful. The view from the deluxe bedroom was spectacular. I spent evenings sitting on the balcony. Maldivian breakfast was very filling.

Really nice place right on the beach. The room was spotless clean and cleaned every day, if asked. The bed is very comfortable, ac and WIFI worked well. The bikini beach in front is perfect for snorkeling, we saw so many colourful fish. But the best really is the engagement from Razan and his team. They do everything that you feel comfortable. He got us from the Jetty and brought us back there at the end. They organised somebody to welcome us at the airport and also both transfers worked very well. This place is highly recommended.

Kindly hope that hot water, water drainage and WiFi in rooms are set already) Looks like that air conditioner at room 102 balcony needed a technical checkup as it's worked too noisy and it's vibrations were been felt even inside the neighbour room.

All was super! The host is on his way from good to great! Huge commitment to make the stay of incoming tourists as good as it could be on this island! Food, coffee, refrigerator, surf taxi, bicycles provided. Just some small fine-tuning and more focus is needed. Main terrace is shared and super for yoga! Cat Sultan is the best hotel guardian!

The water smells like rotten egg.

The staff were all so warm, especially Razan, who was very hospitable. The location of the beach house was just a straight 20 metres walk to a private beach, the island Himmafushi was only 20-30 mins away from the airport via speedboat.
