While we value all guest opinions, we are surprised by your review, especially as our property has consistently received positive feedback from past guests since we started operating in August 2024. We'd like to address several points in your review and provide clarity. Firstly, we’re glad you appreciated the warm welcome and our efforts to accommodate your dietary needs. Our staff, who are the backbone of our business, always aim to create a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests. It's important to note, however, that despite your 2.5 rating for our staff, they continually receive praise in reviews for their professionalism and hospitality. We’re confident that our team works hard to provide the best possible service. Regarding the noise you experienced, we want to clarify that a family reunion took place during your stay. While this may have caused some disturbance, it’s important to highlight that none of our staff, including the owner (who was not on the island in the evenings), were involved in any kind of party with guests. Once we were made aware of the issue, we addressed it immediately by informing the family multiple times to lower the noise level. The issue was resolved that night. Noise disturbances are an extremely rare occurrence, and this family reunion was an isolated situation. We will certainly be more mindful of this when hosting larger groups in the future. As for your concerns about cleanliness and amenities, we are genuinely surprised. Hygiene and cleanliness are top priorities for us, and we consistently receive positive feedback from previous guests on this front. If you had raised these issues during your stay, we would have acted promptly to ensure your comfort. It is unfair to bring up cleanliness concerns only after the fact when we could have rectified them immediately had we been notified. Regarding the seafood platter, we would like to clarify that we do not offer a seafood platter for $25. As you may be aware, the Maldives imports many products, so certain prices may seem higher, but we offer fresh seafood at our property. It's worth noting that the platter you ordered did not match the description you provided, and we regret that it didn't meet your expectations. We aim to offer the best value for money, and your comment seems to have overlooked this aspect. On the issue of your early departure, we’d like to clarify that the transfers are organized by a third party. While you mentioned a 5:00 am departure, the actual departure from the hotel was at 5:45 am to catch a 6:00 am speedboat ferry. Our team always ensures that transfer details are communicated clearly to ensure a smooth experience, and we are confident the timing was correct. Lastly, we find it contradictory that, despite your negative comments, you rated the location at 7.5. This rating doesn't seem to align with the tone of your review, and it leaves us wondering about the actual reasons behind your feedback. In conclusion, while we regret that your experience was not as expected, we feel some of the concerns you raised were inaccurate or could have been addressed during your stay. We hope that, in the future, you will give us the opportunity to show you the exceptional experience that we are known for.
