I booked Ocean Visata hotel, but they didn’t have sea view room, then moved us to their another hotel Leisure Boutique. Staffs were good and friendly speacially Vishnu was so good and manage everything nicely.

A good place to live. But I booked master bedroom. I found two single beds join together. Washroom door was not closing.

Poor communication. Very less reply through WhatsApp or other texts. It's very hard for 1 staff member to do all the work.. Had some hassle to find & communicate with them.

The WiFi was very slow could not work. The last day the owner of the hotel confirmed that he would provide us with the earliest boat to reach the airport on time but he didn’t do it. Therefore, one of us almost missed the flight and we were refused to board. The breakfast was almost the same every day and not enough for all the guests. It needs to be changed and needs to be various. The hotel did not provide hand soap while they were providing shampoo which is weird. We asked for laundry and we were told that each item costs 1 USD.

The location was good. Close to the bikini beach. Most of the staff were very nice. Check in was smooth and very welcoming.

We got the front room, with 'seaview', unfortunately the view was not seen given it was blocked by an metal/wooden fencing during out time there. The television did not work and there was no chair to sit on in the room.

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay in ocean vista. Staff are accommodating. Location wise is near to the beach. I like the free breakfast. I will definitely recommend the place.

A monotonous and boring breakfast. The room was noisy, in the evening from the nearby restaurant, in the morning from the nearby construction.

Unfortunately breakfast was quite poor and lacked variety. Furthermore on our last day it took the staff very long to prepare it (more than 40 minutes). The fan on the ceiling wasn't working properly and only ran at high speed, which made it completely useless. Our window gave onto a side street, so it didn't have any view of the ocean. The café - restaurant next door put on music even earlier than 8 am. The room would benefit from a lamp next to the bed to read at night. The terrace from which you would get a nice view of the ocean was used only to hang clothes to dry. On the last night there was an invasion of flying ants in the hall of the guesthouse and they were making their way into the room. Unfortunately, being 11:30 pm, there was nobody from the staff to intervene.

Location is very good, facing Maafushi waterfront and very close to the jetty. Actually, Maafushi being rather small, everything is 5-10 minutes away. The room was spacious and clean, the staff friendly and helpful.

There were so many houseflies in the dining area. The inside dining area was alright but it was kinda hot.

We booked last minute for the New Year's and we were happy to find this place. Very cozy,clean and good location in front of the pier,near many restaurants and cafés,but away from the noisy part.5 minutes walk to the bikini beach though.We were lucky to have the front room. Both the guys hosting were super helpful,polite and friendly.We really appreciated their hospitality.They made us feel like home. The food there was so tasty,especially the indian was one of the best we had on the island. Overall all great for a budget accommodation.

My recent stay at Ocean vista was nothing short of exceptional. When i arrived in Velana international airport Ms Winnie the manager of the hotel guided me until i reach the hotel. The moment i arrived the hotel, Mr Dinesh the staff greeted with warm smiles. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with Mr dinesh going out of his way to ensure my comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel's restaurant served a delightful range of indian dishes, each prepared with fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. The breakfast was particularly impressive. when come to beach activities Ms Winnie and her husband Mr Arun offered very good packages with affordable price. (they have some experienced in house guide for water activities) What truly stood out was the staff's dedication to making every guest feel special. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend Ocean vista to anyone seeking a luxurious and welcoming retreat. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
