We had an unforgettable stay at One&Only, and it was made even more special thanks to the incredible team who went above and beyond at every turn. Maricel at the souvenir shop was truly outstanding—warm, attentive, and proactive, she helped us find the perfect keepsakes with genuine care and thoughtful service. Eugene, our Villa Host, was simply the best. Always present yet never intrusive, he ensured everything flowed smoothly, from small comforts to special requests. But the true highlight of our trip was the dive experience with Mo. He brought the ocean to life, guiding us through exhilarating encounters with manta rays and reef sharks, and even helping us upgrade our PADI licenses to adventure dives. His passion, expertise, and calm presence underwater made it a memory we’ll carry forever. Every member of the One&Only staff contributed to the magic of our stay. From start to finish, we felt welcomed, cared for, and truly at home in paradise. Thank you all for the experience of a lifetime.

Excellent and spacious overwater villa, stuffed with everything imaginable for comfort, fresh fruits every day, snacks. Very private. Every staff member is extremely courteous, friendly and professional. We aways felt welcome and cared for. Our host Samih was always responsive and proactive, he even called me when there was enough wind to do kitesurfing as I'm into it. I loved the gym and SPA facilities. We ate the most delicious food served in the restaurants. One & Only brand will be associated with high class and luxury for us from now on.

Great service from start to finish. Food choices were diversified and all fantastic but the standout restaurant was the Japanese. Everything about this resort was just done exceptionally well. Tons of facilities like bikes to ride around the island, basketball and tennis court etc.

Nothing. The weather wasn’t always great but that’s not their fault at all.

The privacy. The cleanliness. The kindness of the staff. The weather. The beach. The breakfast. The water at the beach! The super light weight bicycles at our disposal for us to go anywhere on the island. The welcome from the airport and the arrival at the island on a great boat. It was a dream. The gym was perfect as was the variety of dinners and lunches at the different restaurants.

The only bad thing were geckos inside the villa and lots of mosquitos outside. Geckos are probably harmless, they are just scrolling around the walls above your head and making a specific noise in the night, however we didn’t sleep well (or almost nothing at all) and didn’t feel comfortable during night. We already experienced it before in different hotels in Maldives, it’s natural. But, we experienced also hotels and villas without geckos, so probably there is a way how to prevent this situation. Good thing is, that the hotel is trying to do something with mosquitos.

Thank you for fast and smooth boat transfer, did’t have to wait at Male airport. Also thank you for early check-in so we could enjoy the holiday as soon as possible (this is the thing that is not usually available in hotels). We got villa 181 with beautiful sand beach and view with sea and palms. Not windy, calm & clear water. The island has about 15 beaches, explored them all by bicycle or walk. The beaches were really beautiful. Delicious food at breakfast and Rhabarbaro restaurant for dinner. Especially like breakfast buffet with choice of a la carte menu.

Not a One & Only issue as such, but I was shocked by the amount of debris in the sea.

Where do I start ? I have been to several One & Only resorts and can honestly say that the Reethi Rah is by far the best of them , every aspect of the property was superb. I would like to thank our “butler” Soukaina for her excellent personal service. In fact all the staff deserve recognition for their work, they were so helpful and friendly.
