Reviews of Premier Beach

Location. Just next to Premier Bikini Beach. Excellent staff. Ever smiling Veenita and Dipa made restaurant lively all along. Room service were at once with smile of Sanjay. Bangalee and Tamil chef duo is responsible for good food of your choice. In the evening locals used to sing karaoke and invites boarder to participate. A good local flavour.

A partition structure being raised unwisely by local rivals between the property and beach, may be out of jealousy, is not a good portray about local Maldivians.

1. Wifi doesn't work in the room 2. Total 2 power outlets in the room 3. Lot of maintenance visibly required, bit rundown place 4. Cats on the walkway inside the hotel premises 5. Inhouse food prices were too high for locals 6. Shower doesn't drain properly 7. Amount quoted by hotel staff when called to book a room was quite steep for local so did via booking.com

The staffs were very friendly, good location

Amazing location and staffs , Chef prepared the requested dish on time and it was such a wow moment all staffs very helpful and friendly

The fact that the hotel is right on the beach is a big plus. The staff was very accommodating and extremely helpful.

I was not aware of the additional Green Tax I had to pay and was not informed about it upfront.

Mr. Abdul Aula was extremely kind and helped to arrange the speedboat transfer to and from the island. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast wasn’t good, almost all food weren’t fresh but chef was good in cooking

Stayed at Premier Beach for 2 days from 28-30 March 2025. The property is really good, they only have 4 villa type rooms by the lush garden, so it wasn’t crowded at all. The Staff and the owner were all friendly.

The advertised beach access does not exist, or maybe it used to, but not anymore. The property is fenced, so you have to go out and enter Gulhi from the main entrance. This is still okay since it is only a minute or 2 walk. Our room was not cleaned in the 2 days we’ve stayed. Breakfast is not that good.

Breakfast was simple and OK. Location is right beside the bikini neach. Nice and friendly team in the restaraunt.

The walkways should be repaired in a few places.

Position of the hotel is great, the bikini beach is front the hotel. Room is good,and the yard is a surprise. Staffs are most friendly young people. There are not many kinds of food but the breakfast is tasty.

We spent 4 nights there and everything was fine. We didn't spend much time in the room. For sleeping, relaxing and showering everything was fine. The breakfast was the same, but we liked it. The beach about 10 m away was absolutely amazing. That was the main reason why we chose the accommodation. The beaches were catalog-worthy, great snorkeling.

Our TV worked, and even YouTube wouldn't play on the TV in the evening. But we survived, at least we went to bed early and rested.

It was cottage type with all good amenities. Neat and clean with spacious room.

No window. Also sea view from the door is blocked by tin.

Room was nice, spacious and nice modern bathroom. Shower powerful. Quick check-in. Nice to be collected from the speedboat and helped with suitcase to the hotel. Good location on the island, near restaurants and a mini mart. Good breakfast.

Although some good points, there were more negatives. - Pictures of the property dated. -The wooden walkways were damaged and a trip hazard. -There is now a very tall fence around the entire property so no beach views and you have to walk out the back and through the main entrance to get to the beach. Felt like a prison with the fencing, not a nice atmosphere. - Issues with the speedboat payment so got asked everytime i left the room to show proof - felt i couldn't relax and didn't want to leave the room. -At night the restaurant area was empty and they staff there would blast music and sing karaoke with just themselves. I had to wear earplugs to be able to go to sleep. The room are only a few meters away. Has the potential to be a nice place but needs maintenance and updated photos to reflect what you're getting as a customer.

Standard is ok, rooms are new and clean

There is giant wall separating you from the beach. Dont believe photos - you wont be able to go on the beach straight from your hotel room. They told us it was put there by goverment, it wouldnt be an issue if they didnt lie about it in the ad. They should update pictures, only reason we chose this hotel was because it was on the bikini beach

Hotel near the beach, clean, very good conditions and excellent staff, especially the girls at breakfast and dinner and Mohamed. Thank you for the hospitality.

The food at dinner is the same every night

Good location, food was good value and nice and the fridge was great.
