For clarification, our hotel offers a variety of breakfast options including American, Continental, and English. Our housekeeping team works daily to maintain cleanliness and a fresh environment. Regarding your reservation, On your first night you had reserved two rooms for four adults, but on the following day only one room for two adults was extended. As per our policy, the room could not be shared by four adults, and our team explained this to you during your stay. These rules are in place to ensure safety, comfort, and fairness for all our guests. As for the beach and surrounding areas, these are managed by the local council and not directly by the hotel. However, we do our best to maintain our own premises to a high standard. The green tax is a government charge, which we collect on behalf of the authorities. Dear Guest, First of all, please accept our sincere apologies if at any point our interaction came across as rude. I, as the manager, was present during the situation, and I would like to provide some clarification. During check-in, our receptionist explained that according to our hotel policy, only the guests included in the reservation may stay in the room. Unfortunately, despite our repeated and respectful attempts to explain this, the policy was not observed which required my intervention (The guests attempted to allow two visitors into the room to take showers and stay there until checkout time). The discussion lasted a few minutes, and we truly regret if it caused any discomfort. In order to avoid any future misunderstandings, we also felt it necessary to inform our partners at Booking.com. Secondly, please note that all information regarding our property—including room capacity, amenities, facilities, and photographs—is accurately and transparently listed on Booking.com. We regret if the experience did not fully meet your expectations, and we hope to serve you better in the future. While we are sorry if the interaction felt unpleasant, we do wish to emphasize that our policies do not allow 4 adults to stay in a room booked for 2 adults, regardless of whether additional guests are staying overnight or not. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter. Regarding the matter with the price change, our staff informed you the details about this. Your booking was made almost a year ago before the government increased the tax rates relating to the good and services tax and the environment tax which came into effect this year. Therefore, since your booking voucher included the previous tax rates, we had to make the necessarry adjustments. Please note that this does not increase any revenue for the hotel accounts whatsoever and is paid directly to the tax authorities at the end of the financial quarter. We never used torn bedsheets in our guest rooms. Therefore, Our housekeeping team will be informed to rectify the situation and ensure thorough cleaning procedures are followed. We do have 24/7 check-in facility available and our staff is always there. we sincerely apologize for the behavior you experienced from our staff. We do have standard size rooms. Your room booking was for standard size room, which you got in lower price. We do have suite room as well, which is bit coslty compared to our other rooms. If you was looking for a bigger room, you must have to reserve our suite room beacuse it is one of the spacious and well appointed room in the Hotel, which has a separate living area. We are sorry for the inconvience casued. Our staff member are always willing to help from the time of check-in till the depature time. As we inquired, you had not requested us on the time of departure to help you with your luggages. As requested , Our staff members had booked a taxi on your departure time but driver refused to arrange it because of many luggages, so it took time to re-arrange it again. We saw that you provided us very less rate score .We have investigated with our staff member about room issue and we found that your room booking was for standard room so you was allocated in the same room. We do have different categories of rooms, we hope you can check it for future stay before arrival so that we can allocate you in a big sized room category.
