    O aspecto cuidado de todos os espaços, a limpeza bi-diária dos quartos, funcionários muito atenciosos, o facto de podermos escolher entre vários restaurantes, nomeadamente das outras unidades hoteleiras existentes na ilha. Recomendo e espero voltar em breve!

    O hotel era maravilhoso, um sonho, mas no final descobrimos que fomos roubados pelo pessoal da limpeza.

    A equipe de limpeza já tinha efetuado a limpeza do quarto no período da manhã quando saímos para o café e na parte da tarde quando retornamos para um cochilo estavam novamente em 3 pessoas da limpeza com a porta do quarto fechada. Assim que chegamos eles saíram. Chequei minha mala e estava tudo em ordem, porém minha esposa não verificou sua bolsa que continha 500 dólares. Somente no dia seguinte, quando estávamos no aeroporto ela foi comprar alguns itens no duty free e teve a desagradável surpresa. Era pra ser as férias da nossa vida e agora vai ficar marcada negativamente.

    Da gentileza dos funcionários, pessoas sorridentes e prestativas.

    Da demora no transporte interno, continua meio devagar, poderiam agilizar esse ponto e segundo a cobrança das bibliotecas, já tivemos 2 vezes anteriormente e o charme era as bicicletas para todo lado e de graca, agora aeml de cobrar tem que ficar carregando uma chave para trancalas. Pela nossa reclamação não nos cobraram, mas acho que deveriam voltar a fornecer free. Outro ponto e a cobrança de 150 dólares por pessoa o transporte marítimo, acho exorbitante, pois já tivemos ofertas de transporte free em outros hotéis.
