United Arab Emiratesi would definitely recommend this hotel as a great place to stay, brilliant communication from shaheen and yoosef before my trip with all information regarding excursions, and what to expect coming to a local island. they made everything easy to book in and supporting us each day with great excursions, i recommend all of the excursions!! we saw manta rays, sting rays, nurse sharks, we did lots of snorkling, (they have flippers and masks there if needed and life jackets so i didnt feel scared on any excursion! they also used their go pro to film some cool videos and shared them for free, very nice) you can tell the captains on the excursions look make a big effort to find the sea creatures and to go out on the sea and that we are safe there! thank you again!! the hotel booked the speed boat transfer and made it easy. they have an option to rent a motorcycle which we did to get around the island quickly, we enjoyed going to the sandbank and watching the sunset. they have a restaurant on site, food was limited due to availability on the island which is normal, every meal was good, and they suggested many places to go around the island, we like the tea pot restaurant, absolute thai and aveli. all staff are lovely, from the kind guy who cleaned our rooms everyday to the guys in the restaurant, and again special thank you to shaheen and yoosef. they also made a special moment on our first day, by decorating the bed and bringing out a birthday cake for my boyfriend on the first day which just started our holiday in a beautiful way. thank you guys!!

Czech RepublicOur stay at the Sands Grand Hotel was amazing, from the first moment with the complimentary drink until the very last. The staff was exceptional, everyone was super friendly, helpful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. We felt like at home during our stay at the Sands Grand Hotel. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, and the breakfast was delicious, offering everything you could need: eggs, fruits, local dishes, juice, and always water, which was regularly replenished in the room. Additionally, the room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided daily. The excursion we took through the Sands Grand was perfect, the underwater world is incredible here, and the hotel manager personally took care of us, making sure we saw as much as possible. The island itself is a paradise on earth, with long white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. There are plenty of restaurants and shops as well. So, thank you once again to the entire Sands Grand Hotel team, it was an amazing experience. If we return to the Maldives, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

United KingdomA lovely hotel, very calm vibe with outdoor reception room covered in plants. All the staff seem genuinely happy here and all made the effort to chat to me. They made me feel at home straight away. I think this is a great price for a hotel on such a beautiful island. I extended my stay, and would highly recommend booking! Also recommended arriving by sea plane, incredible view of the island as you land in. (Sit on the left side of you can)

The staff was very helphul. We got also 15 minutes of massage,drinks(cola,water) included. Everything was as expected. We had a wartrobe place in the room. I would especialy like to make a compliment to the manager of the hotel.

CanadaThe smell in the room is quite dam and humid but looks clean. Our room is right in front of the stair which has quite big traffic. Food from the restaurant is always not available, only few options because of limited supply. Difficult to find the front desk during the day.
The staff is good but not all of them can speak English, are polite and very helpful. The room is big and seems clean. Breakfast is reasonable, with a variety of choices.

The rooms were really clean and new. Beautiful hotel with cozy location. The staff’s behavior was amazing. They are very missed by us. Very professional team and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and breakfast was as well enough and tasty. They made us romantic dinner which was very dreamy near the beach. Excellent artists!! They are caring and prepare everything guests need. The location was almost near the bikini beach.

The room was nice and quite big. It was serviced and fresh towels were left every couple of days; they also provided additional towels for the beach which was a nice touch. Fridge was a nice extra touch to keep water cool. The staff, particularly the ladies in the restaurant, were very nice and friendly. The food was great and quite cost effective. I ate in several other places on the island but actually preferred here.

PolandFood options were rather limited, but it was very beginning of the season. The staff did their best to prepare what we liked the most.
Comfortable and clean place in a quiet area of the island. Walking distance to bikini beach. Fantastic staff that accomodated all our wishes and gave us a lot of information about the island and the environment. Also worth recommending if you are into snorkeling or diving - apparently we got better prices than people on the boat (who booked directly), there was always someone from the hotel accompanying us and we got fantastic GoPro recordings of the shark whale that we met :)
