Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe apartment is super well equipped and cozy. All kitchen appliances you would have in your own place. One step from the beach and offering amazing views, which you can enjoy from the door to ceiling windows and the balcony. Large tv and decorated with taste. Ensuite bathroom in all the 3 bedrooms. Closed to everything you need for shopping/groceries/restaurants. Loona organised our taxi back to the airport. Perfect communication. We will definitely stay here next time.

The apartment in Hulhumale was excellent. clean, well equipped, and exactly as described. The host, Loona, was always available, friendly, and very helpful whenever needed. The price was a bit on the higher side, but considering the area, it seems quite normal. Overall, I would recommend this place for a short stay in Hulhumale.

Superb apartment. Next the beach. Everything spotless and tasteful. My children loved it. Ground floor Family Coffee Room is a great place. Host Loona is super attentive, helpful and it means a lot for a new comer in the island. She truly a superhost.

BangladeshThe following locks were out of work. 1. 2nd bedrooms door lock 2. 1st bedrooms wash rooms door lock at the shower side 3. 3rd bedrooms wash rooms door lock at the shower side 4 . The balcony’s door lock. The 1st bed rooms comods seat cover was very loose fitting and glided to sides while sitting. Usually ,warm water comes from the left turning of the tap, but here it was opposite which became very difficult to understand. The brochure which was kept in the apartment should have been sent soon after booking by mail which would be helpful, for none after a tiring journey will read it.
Breakfast was not included. View from the room was excellent and the rooms were spacious.

Saudi ArabiaThere was a bad smell inside the cabinets of the kitchen. The apartment was not ready, and the kitchen was cleaned very fast. Some trash was forgotten inside the cabinets.
Very nice place and at sea front. Big apartment with three rooms.🤗 The houst was helpful with full support.
